Luxury Villa: Pool, Jacuzzi, Pool Table Near STRIP

Mahin was very communicative and a helpful host. Great price and value for the location. Would rent for them again

House was perfect for coworking with coworkers. The house was as described and the host was quick to communicate. The only thing we'd complain about was the noise sensor- it only notified us that we were loud between 9-10am when we were much quieter than other times

The place was amazing. Some people complained about the shower in the master bedroom having no hot water, but in reality it's just that the labels for hot and cold are swapped for some reason. The house looks like in the pictures, some parts are even bigger than they appear actually. At some point during the night some of us accidentally left open the door next to a hot tub and as a consequence we woke up a neighbour. The host didn't make a big deal out if it after we explained the situation, which I appreciate. The closest thing to a complaint that I have is that some things in the kitchen (utensils, bowls, etc.) weren't actually clean even though they were in the cupboards/drawers.

This was the perfect spot to host a group of girls for a weekend getaway. Pros: close to the strip and Freemont, tons of space to sleep, quiet neighborhood, easy check in and host was friendly and open to communication Cons: The master bathroom shower did easily flood and you could tell it had flooded before around the baseboards.. the secondary shower would go from scalding hot to ice cold in the middle of the shower. Floors were dirty and left the bottoms of our feet black. Overall- the stay was enjoyable and our host was a pleasure. We had a good time and enjoyed our stay despite the few hiccups.

We had a great time there with my family of 12. Pretty close to the strip with around 10 driving time. We loved having a pool table Kureg coffee machine! The swimming pool with the waterfall is nice too.

This place is perfect for a group. Plenty of space and sleeping and the pool is awesome. We loved our stay.

The host had great communication, it was a clean place, lots to do inside the house. Very fun for my 21st birthday would definitely stay here again!

The home was beautiful and I wish I could give 5 stars, but there were a couple issues. First, the hot tub wouldn’t heat up (water was always lukewarm) and had odd hard water marks around the top of the tub. Secondly, we had to learn the hard way not to ship anything to this house because although there is a mailbox and a key I guess they just don’t work? Third, the water temperature in the second full bath upstairs (located off upstairs hallway) would fluctuate randomly from ice cold to burning hot in the middle of your shower for no apparent reason. The master bathroom shower was beautiful and worked fine. The host was responsive I guess, but would only communicate via text. I found that I would receive messages and responses from people other that the host listed on Air BnB most times, so it seems as though you’re communicating with a property management company rather than an actual person. When I was finally able to get ahold of my original host, he was very kind and helpful.

This place looks great on camera but it's a honestly a poor quality fixer upper! Host was very nice and tried to assist but I'd rather be honest and let future customers know what to expect. pool and outside area are extremely dirty and not maintained at all. Day beds are broken and the water was cloudy the entire stay. Any time we left the water we felt sick and sticky. the rooms are small and dark. no lighting whatsoever and the only master bathroom has no door! so imagine the akwardness throughout our entire stay. pool table is broken and as i mentioned just a good looking place on camera but in reality its a DUMP. Extremely disappointed and even though they offered me a compensation of a 100, I'd rather let the world know how it is!

Everything was really nice and as expected. Great place for a family or a few friends for a little Vegas getaway.

This was the perfect stay for our Vegas girls trip! The pool was perfect for the hot Vegas temperatures, the kitchen was very roomy and accessible, and there were so many bedroom and bed options! Very close to the strip and other fun Vegas locations, not to mention the airport.

Pros: - Love the pool and the jacuzzi (as well as outdoor shower) - Proximity to airport and strip - Huge master bedroom with multiple beds - Huge living room - Easy to host group of 12 Cons: - Jacuzzi not as aesthetic as photos, in reality has awkward matting and exposed wood plants that are half fixed - I would not advertise this as 3 full baths, it's 2 full baths with a standalone toliet and 1 outdoor shower - Bathrooms (and kitchen) are not modern, need to be updated - Master bathroom is awkward with no door We still loved this airbnb but think the above needs to be highlighted. Would book again

Pros: -House was clean -As described in the listing -Owners were very professional and always available -Waterfall pool is beautiful -Patio is awesome -Safe neighborhood Room for improvement/shortcomings: Hot tub was removed from the floor due to needed maintenance. Was informed 2-3 days before arrival that this was the case. Was told it was still ok for use but unfortunately the jacuzzi was nonfunctional. Host was incredibly receptive in helping to address the issue but unfortunately the people who could repair it were not available to come by during the weekend of our stay. Had a productive conversation with the hosts and was able to get some compensation for this which was very generous. The next time I return to Las Vegas I will strongly consider returning to this BNB as it was overall a great experience!

Our stay at this Vegas oasis was amazing! First, the price is unbeatable for the amentities provided, especially in comparision to some of the other prices in the area. The pool and outdoor area was amazing and the waterfall is such a nice touch. The house was spacious and clean. We experienced some unfortunate difficulties due to previous guests flooding the main level right before our check in, but our hosts were absolutely amazing even with the unforseen circumstances that were causing them a lot of trouble as well. They were extremely accomodating and made up for the inconvience in every way they could. We had an amazing stay for our bachelorette party and would absolutely stay again

Las Vegas is a difficult place for Airbnb. It’s hard to tell what’s a good neighborhood or to really gauge distances. This place was in a nice quiet neighborhood., and about seven minutes by car from the LVCC. The house was clean getting in was easy, but there was no luxury here. It was as pictured, but it is not really modern. For what we needed it was fine, and the host was very organized, it was a good experience.

Close to the strip and perfect if you have a family.

We had a great time here! Our kids loved the pool and hot tub and it was a quick drive to everything we needed!

It’s a good place for a large group.

Our first night, we had planned a whole themed hot tub night. Once we arrived, it barely had any water so we had to contact on how to fill it. Once in the process of filling it, the power went out on the entire street for about an hour. Granted not their fault, but since we couldn’t go with our plan bc of said issues, we decided to leave the house. We attempted to ask for it to be heated the next morning, once again, it had drained. The 3rd time, I contacted multiple times asking if the heating was working & was shown pictures & told it’d take 30-45 to get to 100 but by 1 hour it was only at 75, but it still felt ice cold. I no longer even tried reaching out because it kept throwing off our schedule so we couldn’t keep refilling and waiting. Extremely dusty, even the ceilings/walls. I’m not sure if it’s the carpets but it was pretty frustrating how much kept getting on our clothes. I did get very fast responses though, nice place, just little things that added up.

The location is very good for the money. It's only a 10-15 minute drive or Uber ride to the Strip. Plus you get a nice pool and a grill! We had some trouble with the jacuzzi during our stay but our host was very responsive and helpful. I had no trouble getting in contact. I would highly recommend this place for groups that want to go to Vegas but are also looking for a good place to have some down time.

I cannot say enough good things about this place and its host. It is a beautiful home with lovely amenities. The location is less than 10 minutes from every major attraction in vegas. There was also garage parking available which was a nice addition. The host was so very responsive and helpful, even allowing me to check in a little early, after the place was cleaned. I am so glad we chose to stay here instead of a hotel. And to top it off, there was no long list of chores to do when we left. I highly recommend this place and may even book it again next time we are in Vegas. Thank you Mahin for your excellent service.

Great place to stay for large groups. It’s in a nice safe neighborhood, and was a perfect home base for my friend’s bachelor party weekend.

This space is perfect distance from everything that Vegas has to offer - about a 10minute uber ride and you are at the strip! Not to mention, the house is very clean and accomodating. I had one minor mishap that the host was very quick to respond to. I would recommend this spot for any group traveling to Vegas!

We were traveling with 2 families and 5 kids, and this place was perfect. Amazing location, close enough to the strip and airport where ride shares were cheap and easy and never had a problem getting one to pick us up or drop us off. We had a few questions about how to work things and Mahin was faster than fast helping us get settled in and enjoying our vacation, and provided continuous support for any other questions we had during our stay. Thank you for sharing this great property!

When we selected this home for our winter vacation trip to Las Vegas, we had high expectations because it was our first time taking our daughters to LV. We knew we picked the right place when they told us they wanted to live there forever. The jacuzzi was really nice, the rooms were plentiful and clean. Everything was spacious...it really felt like a home away from home and we will be happy to return in the future the next time we visit Las Vegas. There is a Blueberry Hill restaurant just down the street and we had the best breakfast ever there. Overall we had a great time.

We had a whole group stay for wedding MBA. It was large and was great for us all. When we had issues with the hot tub- they were able to immediately resolve any issues remotely. We recommend this for any conference goers.

AMAZING Airbnb! The space is beautiful and has everything you need. Would absolutely stay again. Only unclear info from the name of the Airbnb is that heating the pool is an additional charge. Overall, highly recommend.

Ich war mit meinem Freunden zu meinem Junggesellenabschied in Las Vegas, da wir zu 9t waren, waren Hotels am Strip aus dem Rennen. So sind wir auf das Haus von Mahin gestoßen, welches uns allen zugesagt hat und wir dann gleich gebucht haben. Der Ausstattung auf den Bildern konnten wir nicht widerstehen. Die Kommunikation war ab den ersten Tag super. Checkin war genau wie beschrieben. Überall 65 Zoll TVs die sich einfach bedienen ließen. Küche ist genau für Gäste ausreichend bestückt. Das Haus und die Einrichtungen sind schon paar ein Jahre alt, was man einigen Dingen anmerkt, diese haben uns Männern aber nicht gestört. Die Nachbarn, die wahrscheinlich viele junge Leute in dieses Haus kommen und gehen sehen, waren sehr nett und höflich zu uns und haben uns gleich Tipps gegeben. Eine einfache Uber fahrt für 4 Personen zum Strip kostet zwischen 15 - 20$, da es zu Fuß knapp 90 Minuten dauern würde. Uns allen hat es bei Mahin sehr gefallen und wir würden es wieder buchen. Viva Las Vegas!

Just as pictured. Great location close to everything. Quiet neighborhood that was great for our sibling get away. Very responsive and very helpful when we had questions. Could use a couple of basic amenities such as cleaning supplies and more kitchen linens, but overall very pleased with our stay!

Very attentive and easy to get ahold of if there are any issues or if you need local information. Plenty of beds and in a perfect location only a few minutes from the strip and a little bit further from freemont street so its a fairly cheap uber/lyft ride to either area. Would definitely recommend.

This house was way more than the pictures. Quiet neighborhood but so nice. We felt comfortable in everything we did and we got responses every time we had questions.

We enjoyed our girls’ weekend at Mahin’s place! The few minor issues we did have, the host was very quick to resolve! Beds were plentiful and comfortable, which is a biggie for me!

The place is amazing and has so much to do by way of indoor entertainment for a group. the management company is highly responsive. There was an issue of ants, debris on the pool table, and we had a slight issue with the jacuzzi at first, but when I messaged the host, they were on it right away and made sure to get everything rectified promptly. I really really appreciated that. I highly recommend this place and would go again!

The place was great, with comfy beds and a nice shower. The pool was clean and nice, coffee was available so that was a plus. The dryer wasn't working and they called the day we flew out to tell us the jacuzzi wasn't working, until our last day they had someone out to fix it but by then it was too late which was kinda disappointing as it's a main feature of the place. Mahin was super responsive and helpful.

Mahin’s place was beautiful for our group stay. Far enough from the Vegas madness but close enough that it’s only about a $10-$15 Uber ride! Mahin was very responsive and communicative and very sweet. We loved the pool and Mahin was very responsive to our requests. Great stay overall!
