Property was beautiful and close to everything. Very spacious and well maintained. They have so much to entertain yourself at the house, you don't even have to leave! Mahin was extremely helpful and very responsive, no matter what time we had a question. We would definitely book again!

The place certainly met our expectations, easy to find and easy access. Jacuzzi and pool are nice feature’s of the house. Kitchen had everything we needed. Convenient location (15 minutes to the strip 15 min to airport) we didn’t even rent a car, used Uber and Lyft.

We stayed here for my bachelorette. The place was perfect for our group of 11. It’s in walking distance of a 7/11, about a 15 minute walk from a grocery store (Vons), and there are a couple bus stops in walking distance. Overall we had an amazing time!

The house and the host were incredible. The house was amazing and the host was very kind, flexible, and responded very promptly.

I felt like the location was not worth the money. We couldn't lock the door and had to leave it unlocked at times because we couldn't get anyone to come fix lock.

Very Spacious House, did not utilize the backyard because it was cold. But the wide open floor plan made it nice. Beds were very comfortable. House was alittle dated but very quiet. Close to the strip.

The property was very spacious and accommodated our group of 15. The group loved the sauna and jacuzzi . The only feedback is to have your property manager check throughly check the house before guest arrive. Your property was amazing and items that needed attention were responded to promptly . Thanks for being a responsive host. We would reserve this property again. Five star

Great place in awesome location real close to the strip

The communication between us and the host right from the beginning was five star. Mahin made it so easy right from the beginning The house was very clean, beds super comfortable, kitchen has everything we needed. The yard, pool and hot tub were the highlight of the stay. If we ever go back to Las Vegas we would stay in this house again. Very close to the airport and the strip as well. Ubers and cabs were quick to pick up. But above everything else the host was a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend.

Mahin was an amazing host with quick and thoughtful responses. We had some issues with the sauna not working and the spa jets as well. They sent a repair person and vow to fix it before the next guests come. There were some small repairs upholstery cleaning that needed to be done and several small suggestions. Mahin was very open to suggestions for upgrading the quality of amenities. I would recommend staying here. The location is nice and quiet but not far from the strip. All rooms have TVs and the pool and ping pong tables are fun. Nice movie room. Couches need upgrading. Thanks again to Mahin for a great stay.

A beautiful, spacious, comfortable, clean house that matches the descriptions on the website. An excellent location, great connectivity with the areas and tourist attractions. My group enjoyed the stay very much, we would definitely stay at this property again. Very grateful for the attention and communication with the hosts. Great place to stay if you have a big family! Kitchen is beautiful and living room is huge! The strip is only 10 minutes away so very convenient location! The Hosts were very accommodating and answered all the questions we had. Definitely recommend this beautiful Villa!

House was great!! Master Suite was wonderful but the other rooms were a tad smaller than expected but beautiful layout nonetheless. My family enjoyed the games (pool table, ping pong table, cornhole), the theater (plus concession items) and even the jacuzzi. The pool/jacuzzi was a little dirty due to the winds but the host responded and sent a cleaner over promptly to clean it. We also had an issue with a shower curtain rod but again it was fixed almost immediately.. I would definitely stay here again!!!

We had a family reunion type gathering here at it was an amazing space. There was plenty of room for all 16 of us. The kids loved the pool and movie room. I loved that there were multiple areas for entertainment so everyone could do whatever they wanted to do. Some people watched TV in the living room, some people watched the football game in the movie room, some swam, some played pool and when it was time to eat we all gathered in the kitchen! The place is near Albertsons, Target, and Walmart so if you need to restock on supplies it's super easy. Also it was a 5 minute drive to the MGM. If you wanted to get to the middle of the strip like Cosmo, then it took around 10-15 minutes depending on traffic. I do have a small YouTube channel @williscamping "WILLCAMP" that shows the place in my video if you want a video of how it looks. Look for the video that refers to my "LA TRIP" since my Vegas trip was part of my LA TRIP as a whole.

Very spacious house, super close to the strip.

Very spacious Villa - great for 4 couples sharing as we all got our own bathrooms. Location is great - 5 mins to the strip in a cab. Beds are super comfy - pool / jacuzzi / sauna are a fab touch. As a group we did feel it needed some TLC - outside furniture a bit rickety. We fixed a cupboard and a toilet seat whilst there. There's no kettle (a must for brits) but we managed with a pan. Also would suggest a Welcome pack with information on Wifi, how to turn on the awkward shower in the main bathroom, how to use the cinema room (so many remotes - very confusing). We were warned about quiet hours a number of times however we were VERY careful to abide by the rules - on our last night however the neighbours through an all night party. Made it very difficult to sleep and nothing was done! We were threatened with $1000 fine and made no noise. Don't hesitate booking - you will love the place.

We booked this home because of the size and number of bathrooms as we were there to attend my son's wedding. We were able to Host a wonderful dinner party accommodating families of both the bride and the groom totaling twenty! We moved a few tables around and had two large dinner tables and chairs for everyone! We were delighted! There were lots of pots and pans, tableware, seasonings, etc. in the kitchen, pretty well stocked for our purpose. The house was extremely spacious inside, allowing everyone to feel comfortable and at home. The number of bathrooms helped a great deal when it came time for getting dressed for the wedding. There were a few negatives, there was no hot water in one part of the house but the plumber was continually working on it. There was no power in one of the bedrooms outlets. The microwave in the kitchen was broken, didn't work at all and that was the biggest annoyance for our group! They offered to fix the problem but we declined, hindsight, we should not have

Our stay was fantastic, and the house was absolutely perfect for our group. The spacious layout easily accommodated everyone, giving us plenty of room to relax and enjoy each other’s company. The pool was a highlight—perfect for cooling off in the hot Vegas weather, and it quickly became a favorite spot for everyone. The location was ideal, offering the best of both worlds: close proximity to the Strip for nights out and plenty of amenities at the house for laid-back days in. We truly appreciated the convenience and comfort this home provided, and I can’t wait to book another stay in the near future!

Well worth what you pay for. The pool is a must with the heat. We used the sauna, it was great. The host is very responsive and helpful. The kitchen is very nice. Overall a very spacious place. Definitely recommend this stay considering how close it is to everything Vegas.

Mahin’s space was very good. We were about 10 people for a Trade Show and we all fit easily. They were helpful to help us with any questions.

This was a great place for our family to enjoy each other’s company. The swimming pool was great way to cool off. The rooms were large and the beds were comfortable. The host was great to work with.

5 stars all the way. Mahin’s place had all the amenities. It also had all the fun activities at the house. Plenty to do. We played ping pong, swam, played pool, and cornhole. We even watched movies in the there theater. Very clean and peaceful place. Highly recommend this place and will definitely be back next year. Thank you for hosting us

Overall good stay, there was an issue with the pool that the host was happy to help with. Previous users left trash around outside. Easy to find, photos in the listing look nicer than the place does in person but nothing wrong with our stay the inside was clean and spacious and host was very good

Great stay! This home was perfect for our family gathering. It accommodated everyone and was very spacious. We absolutely loved staying at this Airbnb! A group of 8 of us came in to celebrate my husband’s birthday and we wanted something much more low-key and relaxing, so we opted for an Airbnb instead of staying at a hotel on the strip. I’m so glad we found this place because it was exactly what we needed - it was only ten minutes from the strip so it wasn’t a hassle going back and forth, the space was so clean and so big, and the pool was great! The communication the whole entire time was so great and so fast. We had everything we needed with plenty of towels, for both the pool and indoor uses! It was 118 degrees out when we were there so we couldn’t enjoy the patio area in the evenings but it was stunning! Wish we had an opportunity to hang out back there too. Overall, I highly recommend this home!!

We had a wonderful stay… we celebrated our daughter’s 21st birthday with a group of friends… we had plenty of room and a short Uber drive to the strip! Will definitely want to come back and use again in the future!

Overall the property was very fun to stay at, but there were a few items that prevented us from giving 5 star. We had to request to have the hot tub turned on any time that we needed it. While the host was quick and responsive, it was a strange inconvenience. There were bags for cornhole at the property, but we could not find the boards to actually play. The ping pong paddles were in bad shape and borderline not usable. We had beds that did not have sheets and could not find any at the property

Awesome house! Very responsive team when I had any issues. Only qualm was the cleaning people came thirty minutes early after we paid extra for late check out.

My group of 10 guys reserved this stay for a long weekend. The space is very big, good for large groups. Everyone got their own bed which is rare with such a large group. The pool is big and can be heated. Communication with the host company was easy. There were a few issues that came up during our stay that required us to let some workers into the home, luckily we were there, but that did leave some of our group uneasy. The company did order us a pizza as a sorry, so that was nice. Overall it was a great trip and a good stay for what we needed. Would recommend for large groups and those wanting to stay just a quick drive from the Strip.

My large group had a great time here! Very spacious, comfortable beds, and a relatively easy location to get to the airport and the strip. The jacuzzi wasn't warm and the couches were subpar, but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great place to stay. There were no garbage bags but we messaged them and they were prompt in their response and had some ordered to the house. We did have issues with the hot tub, but they called to rectify it. I would recommend this place for any large parties in Vegas. Would book again!

Amazing

The house is huge and great for a large-ish group. Each bedroom had its own corresponding bathroom which was really great! They had a media room- nice for movies and watching videos and enough seating in the common rooms for how many people the house hosts, which I really appreciate. The backyard is great, so large and spacious but very well kept, pool, sauna and hot tub were amazing. Lots of on property parking! Would highly recommend for a large group that doesn’t want the hustle of the strip!

Had a wonderful time in Vegas. I would recommend staying at this house. Great location, great outdoor space. Although I will list out a few issues we had, none of these would prevent me from staying here again. I was notified a couple hours prior to my stay that one of the toilets would be out of commission due to a leak. We had 8 people staying there, so it wasn’t that big of a deal for us, since there were three other bathrooms/showers. A couple of our guest mentioned their shower did not have hot water. We had a slight issue with the pool water not being In the best condition. It was a little green. I contacted host and they explained that chemicals were put in earlier that day. It eventually cleared up after a couple of days. The listing mentioned a stocked concession for the theater room. There was nothing at all available. This was not that big of a deal for us, but it could be helpful to others. The host always responded when I had questions. We had a great time!

So far the best Airbnb we’ve stayed at in Vegas. Nice quiet neighborhood that’s not too far from the strip and local shopping right around the corner. With kids the house had so much to offer for them to run around and enjoy all the amenities especially the pool and movie theater. Love the open floor plan and layout of the backyard. Property management was extremely prompt and professional when it came to any issues. Far better than staying at the casinos. Thanks again for hosting!!

Mahin was best easy to work with. She outlined some house rules for ensure our group would be the right match for her hosting and was able to make us feel very welcomed quickly. The place was spacious and the best decision for a group function. Very clean, private, and quiet neighborhood which we could appreciate. The driveway makes it easy for Uber pickup or parking your own vehicle. Any question I had she was pretty much available relatively quickly. Great experience!

Our family felt right at home. We enjoyed the space. The only thing that made it feel a little hot was the drapes were very thin and the heat would come through. Only constructive criticism. But over all thank you.

Really enjoyed this place! The space in this house was fantastic for our group of 16. Host was very responsive and even sent overnight Amazon boxes with some items I thought would be helpful! The location is really great, close to the airport, the strip, and any part of Vegas. The outdoor space was my favorite part. Perfect spot to spend quite time in the mornings and swim in the evenings. Don’t hesitate to book and I plan to use it again next year!

Amazing house for a big family. My only only complaint was that there should be better instructions for the pool that should be sent before you get there. Very confusing, would have helped to preload this! Maybe even pictures out by the pool pumps. Everything was very clean and beds were super comfy.
