Sunset in Vegas. A Modern Private Pool Oasis

We really enjoyed our stay- the home is exactly as described offered everything we needed and more. It was super clean and the beds very comfortable. It’s in a great location to see Vegas and surrounding area. The back yard oasis was great, and the pool looked inviting and clean! Shawn and his team were extremely responsive, friendly and very proactive in all communications, and check in was seamless. Would definitely stay again, and would recommend to anyone, with or without kids who want to stay in the area.

Shawn’s place was super cozy and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The interior was exactly as pictured—clean, welcoming, and thoughtfully set up. I especially appreciated the clear signage and the laminated guidebook with local recommendations—it was such a nice touch! While the inside lived up to expectations, the outdoor space didn’t quite match the photos. It looks like the pictures might’ve been taken when the place was newly listed, so the backyard felt a bit more worn than we expected. That said, it was still perfectly functional for what we needed.

House was adorable and cute. Nice environment and the pool area super cute. No disappointment.

Stayed here a week while working a convention in Las Vegas. Was a great alternative to Vegas/The strip. Would stay here again. Everything was advertised. Very quite and peaceful and the place was super clean. Backyard pool was a super great place to relax in the evenings after the show.

Very clean, quiet and comfortable! Pool was great and the space was well taken care of. We loved the proximity to the airport and Red Rock Canyon. House was very private with cement block walls like photos. This took a little getting used to.

This place was a peaceful and private retreat located a convenient 30-minute drive to Vegas strip. The house was spotlessly clean and featured a well-equipped kitchen. One of the highlights was the lovely backyard - perfect for relaxing outdoors. Overall, it provided a comfortable home base for exploring the area.

Fantastic place for a comfortable and secluded get away in LV. Looks exactly like the photos, the host is extremely responsive and check out is easy. This would be great if travelling with a group or family. It was further than we expected from main activities. That being said it was not too bad with our rental car and I would definitely stay there again.

Had a great week in Henderson, had a car and used as base to travel around. Close to Hoover Dam and areas of Henderson to eat. Useful guide at the house which was useful to find our way around the area. Thanks for a great stay.

We had a great time at this place. The pictures reflect of beautifully. We really enjoyed our stay, the space was perfect for the 6 of us that stayed there. Shawn was very responsive over the weekend any time we had questions. It was a quiet neighborhood close to a walking path so even managed an early morning 4 mile walk before it got too hot. The pool is not heated (unless requested) but it was so hot the temperature was perfect for our family. The only downside are the city noise ordinances. The times you want to be outside the most (before 7am or 10am on weekends) to drink a cup of coffee before it gets too hot or later at night after it cools off, there are restrictions. Sharing only so people are aware but it’s driven by the city, not the owner. We would absolutely stay here again!! Thank you!!

We love vegas but not the strip life, this little gem was perfect for our needs. We went into Boulder City and visited the Hoover Dam. Great time was had by all!

A group of my family stayed here for 5 days and it was perfect. Cute and peaceful back yard. Perfect pool! It felt comfy and at home. I would highly recommend this place and would stay here again!!

This house was perfect for my family’s spring break. We loved the heated pool.

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay here! The house had everything listed and the outdoor area was beautiful. We just wish we had known we'd have to pay an extra (pretty hefty!) fee to heat the pool when we had booked the place. However, the owners were very responsive and it was an overall positive experience.

This house feels like home! Very neat, the pool was definitely a vibe!! RATE 10/10!!! Would recommend coming back! (I know I will 😜)

Fabulous home away from home! We stayed here for a week for my sister's wedding. We wanted a place close enough to be part of the party and see the sights with extended family but away enough for some peace and quiet for our 2 year old son and my parents when we needed rest. This house was the perfect combination. It was a short drive to Walmart, the grocery store, and the best Chinese restaurant (Grand China), and easy freeway access to the Strip and Fremont Street. Well equipped kitchen where we made the majority of our meals and I appreciated having a pack n play and highchair available for our use. It was spacious, comfortable, and cozy. We enjoyed our stay very much. I would highly recommend!

Peaceful home with nice amenities. The bathroom fans are quite loud and can be disruptive at night. The living space was laid out well and the furniture was comfortable. A good base of operations for adventures in the valley.

We had a great stay here! The only note I have is that the pool is not heated unless you pay additional money to have it heated. I wish that had been part of the listing so we could have included that in our budget for our trip.

Great place, it’s spacious and nice with the pool. This would be better if you gonna be staying in the area or a longer stay, so you’re not coming back and forward. But amazing views. Pool wise we were gonna get the heater but decided not to because pricewise, but since we went month of February, it was pretty cold, and the pool was cold. Overall great experience and a lovely home!

We absolutely loved our stay! We came the week of Christmas for a football tournament for my oldest son. They were super responsive the whole time we were there even adding last minute amenities to help the kids enjoy Christmas away from home!

Overall we had a great stay. Henderson is our home away from home! As a vacation rental, the property was great.

Great place, great stay. Very hot in July so the AC would be at 80 when we arrived back to the house. Other than that, it was a great time and the host was responsive and helpful.

I enjoyed my stay. The host communication was clear and if I had any questions or concerns, they were handled. The house is beautiful. There is a quiet time but I respect it. There are also these grasshoppers lol omg 😱 I was running everywhere trying to get away but that’s because I’m scary but other than that, great location…great views. Give them some business ❤️
