great location, super close to strip and Fremont St. Easy check in, beautiful house. We had 10 people and had plenty of space. Quiet neighborhood I would highly recommend.

Easy check in process, had to leave a day early for family reasons, great to detail with on the early check out. Everything was clean and just as described!!

We had a great time at this place! Super close to everything and convenient to the airport. The jacuzzi was amazing and there was plenty of space for everyone to feel comfortable throughout the weekend. We appreciated the functional kitchen and many bathrooms/mirrors.

Other than the pool was too cold to use (which we were made aware of when we booked), this place was fabulous. Would love to come back in warmer weather to use the pool. Absolutely loved our stay!! Wonderful, caring hosts, clean home and lots to offer.

The place was a perfect fit for our group of 11. Close enough to the Vagus strip for a short drive.

The home was very close to the strip and also had a nice back yard and in warmer times of the year this home would be perfect. With both a pool and a hot tub area this home is great for a family or group trip. I highly recommend this stay for someone looking to go to vegas!

The house was great and exactly as described. The weather did not permit use of the pool but it was very clean and looked great. They have cornhole boards which we used. Inside is a poker table as well as a pool table. The 4 bedrooms were spacious and well laid out. The kitchen has a gas stove/oven and all the amenities to cook a full meal. This place has everything you can want in an Air B&B. If we end up back in Vegas again, we will definitely try to stay at this location again.

Mahin was a great host, she was very responsive to all my questions and concerns. The house was lovely and clean.

They made sure the hottub & pool cleaning was done before our trip. House was clean, kitchen and grill made it so we had everything to make our steak dinner. Mattresses were AMAZING!

This house had everything we needed to make our stay memorable. Great host, quiet neighborhood away from the action but still close enough to easily take in Vegas and also plenty of room, we comfortably fit 10 people. I would definitely recommend this place.

I booked this house one-year in advance, paid in full, and complied with their booking requirements. There should have been no surprise of the date and time we were arriving. At check-in, the place was abysmal and dirty - for holding themselves out as a super host is truly disappointing. The manager blamed it on a “system error” in their cleaning service system, but again, I booked a year in advance and communicated with them in advance of my check-in, so system error or not, there should have been no surprise. My guests, including myself, are all active duty military, and have planned this trip well in advance given our service. I am embarrassed that my guests flew from all across the globe for our party only to be greeted in this manner & on veterans weekend nonetheless. The only saving grace was the actually owner of the property, Fatima, who was responsive and receptive to this issue. Her property managers, left my messages on “read”. Fatima is great, but she should find new staff.

Great location away from the strip to spend time with friends or family. Beds were comfortable. Appliances & dishes were nice to use! Linens & towels were clean. Plenty of pillows! The pool & hot tub were definitely a plus, even in late October. Trash and recycling was perfect! The location is close to plenty of restaurants, shopping & convenience stores. Big fridge! Wi-Fi worked great. I packed plenty of personal hygiene products, but didn’t need to use them because they were provided. No issues at all! I would definitely recommend to others.

Great place, just as described. Hot tub was a nice touch and close enough to the strip (15 mins in an UBER) where we could experience the best of both worlds. Communication was great throughout and check in was easy.

We had our whole pickleball team stay there. It was convenient to the tournament and the pool and hot tub were a needed bonus. The gals love it.

This was a great house for a large group. There was plenty of space both inside and out for people to gather. Our family enjoyed the beautiful pool.

We had an absolute blast staying here! The kids were in the pool just about everyday, the pool was very clean, and the hot tub was so relaxing. So much space in the house was great!

Very quiet which was the most important thing for me.. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The beds were so comfortable too. I slept well which I never do in a hotel. There was 6 of us staying there. Would recommend because we would have had to book 3 rooms in a hotel which would have cost a fortune. Very reasonable for a large group.

The house was fantastic. We really LOVED the pool. There were 8 of us with plenty of room. The house was close enough to the strip, so we loved the location. About 20-25 minutes with traffic. If there was no traffic, then took about 14 minutes to get to the strip. Easy communication the entire stay and no issues. The sun is very bright in the bedrooms, so blackout curtains would be a definite bonus to the house. Overall, we would absolutely stay here again. Great experience and recommend!

This airbnb was the perfect home to stay at while on our vacation. We were there for my bachelorette and we had the best time! We left our pool floats as a little thank you for future guests to use! We had such a comfortable time there at the house. It’s close to all the sights and sounds that you want from Vegas but also quiet enough that you forget that the entertainment capital is 15 minutes away. Will try to stay again my next visit for sure

It was a great space for sure!! Lots of rooms for us all. There wasn't a ton to do near the place, but we figured that would be the case with the Strip only being a quick 15 minutes away. Overall, they were very communicative and the place was in great condition.

Great place to stay

This space is fantastic for a group that wants to both go to the strip and experience all the excitement of Vegas as well as have some relaxed time in a quiet private area. We used every space in the house throughout a 4 day stay with 9 people. We also cooked lots of meals and used the BBQ, jacuzzi and pool. All great! Memories to last a lifetime, highly recommend!

Had a wonderful Navy reunion. Mahin was very responsive to me. We loved the pool..spent the majority of our time outside by the pool. Enough beds to accommodate all 9 of us. We all had our own bed. Real close to Sam's Town. A little drive to get to the strip but it was super easy using Lyft/Uber. We all absolutely loved the house. If I could make just a couple suggestions, I would add curtains to the big sliding glass door to keep the sun out. Made the living room very hot during the day. I would also add a ceiling fan to the downstairs living room and one under the deck outside by the pool. Other than that, we loved the house. Would definitely stay here again.

Great home, great experience, great host!

Was great for a bachelorette weekend I hosted. The beds were the highlight for everyone and want to purchase for their own home! Only con I have is the ac ventilation and wish it was much colder in the home in the night as there was note that stated the thermostat could be touched. Overall, would come back to this house again for next trip to Vegas!

This house was amazing!! I celebrated my 40th birthday "Girls Trip" style. The house was very clean, the host was very responsive to any problems we had In the house. The house is about 15-20 mins for the strip so Uber / lift cost wasn't bad. Only thing is the pool was very nasty. The pool needs to be drained and cleaned, it has yellow stains around the edges of the pool with a lot of leaves etc in the pool and it's very cold, not heating. However, I would recommend this place to other and I would book this house again!

Amazing place. A little farther from the strip than we wanted but the uber rides were fairly easy to get. The space was perfect for us. I think 7-8 people is the perfect amount unless you all want to pile in on blow up mattresses, etc. The hot tub was amazing and we loved the turf sitting area.

The house itself was great with a nice hot tub. Communication with the host was sometimes tricky, as our check-in code did not work at first, and while they unlocked the door virtually, they did not fix the code so we could get in ourselves until I asked. We also had to sign an outside contract.

Fantastic stay in Mahin’s house. The house is clean and spacious, we cook breakfast everyday in the efficient kitchen. We’ll book our next stay shortly.

We had a wonderful time, the house was able to accommodate all 10 of us. Great location, wonderful pool and hot tub, awesome host. I feel that in some areas the house could have been cleaner but that’s only my opinion and I know everyone has their own standards of clean. Other than that we had a excellent time. This place is beautiful. So much space and a lot of things to do there. We stayed during winter season and it was pretty chilly for the pool. We did get to use the hot tub one day only because my fiancé got a rash and the water bleached his hairs. Later that day his hairs also fell off his legs. We did mention this issue to the host and they are quick to reply and had someone come in the same day to change the water. Other than that the house was nice.

Our group of 8 (6 college kids and 2 parents) had a comfortable and convenient stay. The guys really enjoyed the poker table and hot tub. I loved having a kitchen to cook in. The house is near grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops, etc. so it made the nights in really easy. An Uber to the strip ran $15-$22, so it was also affordable for us to out together without hastling with parking. This place is a great value for all the space, amenities and proximity to activities!

This review is a bit uncomfortable as I have never before had a sub 5 Airbnb experience. This place wasn’t terrible, but it wasn’t great. Overall, it was okay, but definitely needs some maintenance and TLC. - Stairs are narrow, need to walk down them sideways. - Portions of stairs on the edge are lifting up, and have been nailed down with tiny nails which are starting to stick up. - Kitchen sink hose is old and does not retract easily. - Kitchen trash pedal is broken. - Pictures advertise a lit fireplace, but in reality signs state fireplace is decorative only. - Toilet paper holder in bathroom is broken. - Advertised to host more than 10 people, but only has place settings for 7. - Not enough baking or cooking ware. - Toaster handle broken. - Living room coffee table barely holding together, wigglesA LOT and is hazardous. - Two couches have tears in cushions - Packages CONSTANTLY were delivered while there. These were big packages too. I have more to share, but ran out of . . .

We had a wonderful stay at Mahin’s place. It was perfectly located as well. It only took about 20 minutes to get to the strip via Uber. A lot of great restaurants near the home as well. The house was clean, orderly and properly maintained. We had some issues with the wifi, and they were so quick to help accommodate us. They even had some people stop by to make sure all the amenities were working properly. The beds in all rooms were also very comfortable! We will be staying here again. Highly recommend!
