MGM Grand! Vegas Strip 16th Floor Renovated Suite

This was our first time in Vegas and it was more than we expected. The accommodations were amazing and the staff was wonderful when we had questions. Shawn was, also, very responsive when we had questions before our stay. I would reccomend his place to all my friends and family. I hope we can stay again.

Oppholdet hos Shawn i Vegas var veldig bra. Shawn og teamet svarte alltid om vi lurte på noe, og var alltid raske. De var fleksible og lot oss sjekke inn en dag tidligere, som gjorde at vi fikk mer ut av oppholdet i Vegas og leiligheten. Leiligheten var skinnende ren ved ankomst og hadde alt vi trengte, med en upåklagelig utsikt. Det var veldig kort vei til The Strip. MGM Grand hadde også alt du kan tenke deg, fra butikker til mange restauranter, og selvfølgelig casino. Her kunne vi bodd igjen.

Excelente opción de alojamiento en Las Vegas. El departamento, recientemente renovado, combina comodidad y estilo en un edificio de alta categoría. Su ubicación es inmejorable, a pocos pasos del Strip y con acceso interno directo al MGM, lo que hace que moverse sea muy práctico. Las instalaciones del edificio son de primer nivel, ofreciendo un ambiente exclusivo y seguro. Además, el check-in fue sencillo y la comunicación con el anfitrión siempre rápida y clara. Sin dudas, una opción ideal para quienes buscan lujo y conveniencia en Las Vegas.

Everything is exactly as advertised. The room was very clean, very quiet and very comfortable. Tower 2 is a great location, close to ride share/taxi pick-up, close to pool, close enough but far enough away from the MGM casino and restaurants, all a short walk away. Great place to stay if you need to be close to the MGM Convention Center. Looking forward to staying here again in a few months.

This condo is beautiful, spacious, and squeaky clean. It was VERY quiet, which was important to me because I was there for work. Beds are comfortable and the complimentary coffee was much appreciated. Communication was great! Would definitely stay again.

Everything about this listing is great. Shawn was exceptional throughout the entire process. This was our first time using Airbnb and this place was perfect for our stay! The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating, the space was clean, and every detail was considered - from the cozy bedding to the well maintained room. We felt right at home and would definitely book again for our next trip to Las Vegas. It’s got a great location and makes getting around by foot a simple task. The rate is great especially for the stay. Overall a great experience.

Nice view and great to stay for several nights

The location was absolutely amazing and easy to access the strip. We had 4 adult ladies in the room and it was tight quarters but overall it was a great experience. Thank you Shawn!

We had an amazing stay at this property in Las Vegas! Everything went smoothly from start to finish. The home was spotless, incredibly tidy, and stocked with everything we could possibly need during our visit. It truly felt like a home away from home. The attention to detail and care put into maintaining the space did not go unnoticed. We will absolutely rent this place again when we return to Las Vegas and highly recommend it to our friends and family. Thank you for a fantastic experience!

We enjoyed our stay at Shawn’s. It was very clean and furnished nicely. We were very comfortable and it felt homey, but upscale. The proximity to the monorail and wherever we wanted to go was great. I would definitely recommend staying here and if I have the opportunity to return to Las Vegas I will.

Shawn's place was a great place to come back to after long days at a trade show at the convention center. Free parking with overnight stay was a plus as I had a car for 1 day.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Les instructions d’arrivée et de départ étaient claires. L’appartement était propre, calme, bien meublé et équipé. La literie de bonne qualité. L’emplacement est idéal, un peu en retrait du strip donc plus au calme mais toujours facile d’accès à pieds. Nous recommandons !

We enjoyed our stay at the MGM signature. Everything was as advertised and would stay here again. Location was awesome and kids loved the pool.

The place was great really enjoyed free valet. The room was decorated perfectly, really clean and staff was responsive to all needs.

I’d give this place a 4.5 the place was amazing. It was clean and exactly like the pictures. The staff at the counter were very polite and funny. The only negative thing about this place is that some of the people in valet were rude. I had my friend uber me around everywhere and his car isn’t the prettiest and the door handle works but is hard to maneuver. Some of the valet staff were super nice and were willing to help but others (morning valet staff) either completely refused service or rolled their eyes when seeing the car and didn’t approach to help. Valet is the only way of parking unless you park at a parking garage a couple streets down.

Tolle Unterkunft, wie beschrieben, sehr gute Lage zum Strip. Dir Poollandschaft des MGM Grand konnte mitbenutzt werden. Am Anfang waren wir etwas überrascht vom obligatorischen Valet Parking. Allerdings ist es kostenlos enthalten, nur noch das Trinkgeld für die Fahrer ist zu zahlen.

Enjoyed our stay. We were there on. Wednesday and Thursday night and it was extremely quiet. Would stay again.

The staff was very courteous, polite, and helpful. They were all about customer service and never appeared to be inconvenienced when approached. There were an abundance of clean towels, wash clothes, and other items in the room so no house keeping was needed during our stay. The checkout list was simple and not time demanding.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The suit was very clean, accessible, and with wonderful service. We would definitely recommend staying here. They also have a fantastic valet service. The employee Jemo gets my highest remarks and gratitudes he alone made the stay over the top.

We stayed here for seven nights. We loved the location. It was quiet, yet close enough to the monorail, restaurants, and activities. We loved being able to choose to go to the mgm pool complex, or just take the elevator down to the Signature hot tub and pools. The place was very clean and comfortable. We were so glad we had a kitchenette with a stove, fridge, toaster, and microwave..Those options are not easy to find on the strip. The coffee bar was also a huge plus! I would love to stay here again when we come back to Vegas!

The place was literally walking distance to a lot of places , min from the strip and the world famous Sphere ! Shawn was very responsive and made sure our stay was perfect ! Thank you soo much we will be back . A time was lost definitely had

Beautiful space located near many amenities, loved the facility and the room was very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again ! My favorite feature of this space was the balcony and the incredible views Very close to the monorail which was great to getting around on the strip for only $13 a day per person Had access to the MGM Grand lazy river pool and Wet Republic lounge, aside from the tower pools which was awesome! Top golf is right across the street and you get cool views of the new Sphere from outside the complex The security on the property were very helpful and I felt safe walking around there any time of day. -We did have an issue with other guests pouring liquids onto other people down below as they entered the lobby from the pool, including me. We reported the issue and it was handled efficiently and right away from hotel management. It resulted in them being evicted for zero tolerance. Aside from that experience, everything else was great!

The stay was wonderful. Clean, private and inviting for my entire party. I was skeptical at first but found that staying in a residence was much more relaxing than a casino. The pools were great and the location was close enough that we could walk to plenty of restaurants and shops.

The room was clean. And was quiet. Perfect to come back and rest after a long day in vegas

We were on the 16th floor of the MGM Signature Tower #2. We had a beautiful view of the pool and of the surrounding area. It is such a great central location! It was easy to get to The Strip and was only a 5-10 minute drive to the attractions we wanted to see (Area15, Freemont Street), as well as the airport. The room was clean and bright, and was well stocked with linens, towels, and more! The kitchenette was perfect for the 3 of us. It may seem a silly amenity, but the electric kettle was awesome, as I bring my French press and own coffee everywhere I go. On our last full day, we rented an executive cabana and let me tell you that it was the BEST experience. The price was great (we got breakfast, lunch, drinks, and had leftovers for the evening), the service was awesome, and the pool was so mellow and warm. If you are heading to Vegas I highly recommend staying here. We will be back for next year's girl's trip!

Beautiful, spacious room with great decor. Loved the fact we were close to the strip and didn’t have to pay resort fees. Host was excellent with communication and always made it a point to check in with me to see how things were. Would definitely recommend and look forward to staying here the next time I visit Las Vegas!

Host was very responsive and the lodging was a good as it gets. Great views of the pool area. There was a gym to use which was great at no charge and we felt safe the entire time with security guards around the clock. Great stay, would recommend!

Shaun was awesome. the place was great. I would love to go back again. slightly disappointedin only one issue with Coffee. there was none and the concierge denied me just one kcup. so I had to pay the overpriced 7$ each morning when I'm fine with the kcups.

The Location. and Suite was excellent. Myself and Girlfriend would absolutely love to stay at Shawn's property again.

Beautiful suite at the signatures! Loved the decor- didn’t have a toaster or blender so they ordered one to our room. Took a little to get that but so thankful we did get it! Communication was 10/10. Excellent communication. Again- very beautiful. Could have been cleaner but I would still chose to stay here again for sure!

Responsive host, great room with a great location. Some construction currently on going so there is some traffic when getting to the hotel room.
