Hot Vegas Nights, A Luxury Pool Villa with wetdeck

Awesome place to stay had fun time out in the pool. Host was great answering all questions I had and calling to check up if anything was needed. Communicating with the host was easy and very attentive. Would stay here again

Shawn was a great host, he was quick to respond to messages and answer questions. The house is in a great location, 15 minutes from the strip but there were lots of restaurants and shopping in the area. The house was decently clean. The floors seemed like they hadn’t been mopped in a minute and that the house hadn’t been deep cleaned in a while either but overall the stay was amazing!

This was a lovey place to rent. The outdoor area had lots of furniture and enough seating for our group of five to all be comfortable. The pool and hot tub were great. The furniture inside was very modern and looked just like the pictures. We really enjoyed our stay.

Truly a lovely place and this Airbnb was absolutely perfect for our trip. The space was clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. Stores are about a five minute drive and the strip is 15-20 minutes with a scenic route. All in all, great time. We would definitely stay here again!

This was my first experience with an Airbnb and I couldn't be happier. Shawn was easily accessible and what a beautiful and extremely clean home ! Everything you would expect in a home and more. This spot is definitely a 10/10 😍 I went with a group of 8 and we all felt like we were home! The house is very nice and clean. I would recommend anyone to stay here , we didn’t have any problems at all and Shawn was also very responsive! We will be returning⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Amazing

Simply fantastic

This house was a perfect base for our Vegas adventure. We were a party of seven in town for event. We liked the layout of the home… especially having one of the bedrooms downstairs. This gave us a little more privacy and flexibility. The backyard is stunning and we enjoyed cold plunges in the pool (January) and then getting in hot tub. Though it was great to be able to cook in the kitchen, I would recommend a few more glasses, coffee cups, and a large sauté pan. Communication with the host was exceptional. Questions were answered promptly and very professionally! If you are looking for a classy home in a quiet neighborhood off the strip, I do recommend!!

The house was thoughtfully decorated and the host was a very responsive communicator. Sadly the house itself is a little worse for wear and is missing simple touches that make a big difference. We arrived to overflowing garbage cans on the street (garbage day was two days away) and boxes piled high at the front door. In the kitchen, there were no paper towels, no hand soap and we discovered the following morning, no sugar for coffee. One of the kitchen cabinet handles is about to fall off. In the bathrooms there were no bath mats, no tissues, no soap on the counter or in the showers, no lotion. In the primary bedroom one window was taped shut with duck tape, the other whistled and howled when the wind blew. The tile floor is cracked in the bathroom. I’ve rented a lot of houses over the years, and this was the least homey of them all.

The place was great. Just as advertised! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and especially enjoyed the hot tub.

Host & team was very responsive. House looked just liked the pictures and was stocked properly for a large family. We were very happy with our stay!

Lovely place to stay and feel like home. Worked great for our family!! Kids loved the pool/hot tub … close to strip and all other amenities. Quiet and safe neighbourhood. Kids loved the home and felt quite comfortable, which says a lot in itself. Plenty of room and super responsive host. Highly recommend and would definitely return.

We had a wonderful stay! The pool was amazing, the house was beautiful, and the beds were super comfy. We had a few issues (we ran out of soap, AC needed maintenance) and everything was addressed and swiftly dealt with. We would definitely stay again!

The place is beautiful. The pool was being serviced when we arrived. There are plenty of restaurants and shopping centers close by. Not walking distance but a short drive away. We had a few items delivered pretty quickly.

Amazing home with great amenities!

We had a great stay at Shawn’s place. The home was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything our family needed! The location was perfect, close to restaurants, stores, the Vegas strip, and other entertainment/attractions. Shawn’s team was very hospitable and responsive. The check-in process was smooth. We did encounter a minor issue on the first day, but the team quickly resolved it within an hour, ensuring we had a seamless stay. One suggestion for improvement would be to have TVs in all the rooms for added convenience. We had a family member who fell ill and wanted to retreat/relax in the bedroom to watch tv but had to use their cell phone for entertainment. Also, the pool and jacuzzi were scheduled for maintenance and cleaning during our stay which attested to the cleanliness and upkeep of this property! Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would highly recommend staying here to anyone visiting the Las Vegas area. We will stay here again in the future.

The house is located in a quiet neighborhood minutes from the airport, the Strip and Fremont Street offering plenty of activities. Easy check-in/check-out with clean instructions. The backyard pool is nice, clean and private. Plenty of outdoor seating. Rooms were relatively clean although the outdoor space did have some litter from last guest (empty cans, napkins), but nothing concerning. Host was responsive and checked in throughout the stay. We enjoyed our stay.

everything was great, from check-in to exit. the only reason i gave our stay a 4-4-5 stars is because there was a very bad smell coming from the trash bins in the garage that you could smell all the way to the 2nd floor. we didn’t know it was coming from there at first thats why it took us two days to finally take out the trash and rid of the smell. other than that, everything was smooth.

Very homey house

The property has a lot of space. Our party of 10 have thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was very warm, comfortable and family friendly. All the amenities especially the pool, arcade, spacious rooms and bedrooms, more than enough towels for both pool and bedrooms separately, the huge garage, the inviting covered patio and barbecue area to name a few. The quiet neighborhood has certainly made this property such a wonderful place for retreat and family bonding. The quick response from the management staff had made everything easy from checkin to checkout. It is not too far from the busy strip and is quite near a lot of establishments including restaurants and a variety of stores. Truly a place worth staying.

The place had everything our group needed. They were attentive and wonderful at responding immediately. Very accurate description and nice and clean.

I was very disappointed with the up keep of the property. The pool was very dirty, I was sent old pictures that said it was clean. The bedding in the double room was not clean. Hair in the bathroom as well as dirty tub & showers. Pool area was left dirty. I made sure to take before and after pictures. I’m so disappointed.

This is the perfect place to stay while visiting Vegas. Not too far from the strip or the airport. Nice and quiet neighborhood and the house itself is simply beautiful and nicely decorated. No matter the time of day, the host was very user friendly. He was attentive and accommodating to any question or concern presented. If you want a hassle free yet luxury stay, for a beyond reasonable price, choose this place, you can’t go wrong! I really enjoyed my stay.

Told the Owner that we were a cooking family and were unable to find a cutting board in the Kitchen, the Owner responded quickly and sent us New Cutting Boards, a New Knife Set for the Kitchen and Pans from Amazon that day. I was greatly appreciated and we will book again with this owner. The home was very clean and Beds were super comfortable Excellent Place
