Sexy Modern Vegas. Pool, Jacuzzi,Sauna, Near Strip

We stayed here for our annual golf trip and were extremely glad we did so. The property is only a 10 minute drive from the airport and about 25 minutes from every course we played. Would highly recommend for anyone putting together a golf trip in Vegas. You won't be disappointed.

Great place to stay just off the strip for a weekend getaway. The hosts were extremely communicative and made the experience seamless. Would definitely recommend!

Shawn was a very involved host. He makes sure that the guests are well taken care of. He even responds on late evenings if you have any issues or questions that needs to be addressed. The property is amazing! Beautiful inside and out. Very private but is super close to anything that you want to go to. Will definitely come back for another vacation with the family. Highly recommended!

We really enjoyed our stay at Shawn’s place! The house was exactly as pictured and perfect for our group. The large kitchen and number of bathrooms made for a very comfortable experience travelling with many adults. The backyard was very nice and felt very relaxing to hang out in. We enjoyed the sauna and hot tub a lot. Shawn was proactive in communication and very responsive when we had a couple questions. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

We were in Vegas for my son's wedding and having a home base like this with the hot tub, sauna and pool made it a perfect weekend for a perfect couple. Thank You

Big house fit 10 people easily

Fantastic, large, modern house perfect for our group of 8. Plenty of space for us to spread out, hang out and make the most of our weekend. We come to Las Vegas annually to play in a women's hockey tournament and would absolutely book this property again next year. The hot tub was a brilliant amenity and we appreciate that heating it was included. Overall the property was exactly what we needed, the host was responsive and we very much enjoyed our stay!

I want to thank you for allowing us to use your beautiful home. It was very clean and spacious. Ten minutes from the Vegas strip and the airport. We used Uber, saving us money from renting and parking. All the cooking utilities you need, TV’s in every room, washer and dryer, two dishwashers my group was very pleased. We had one hiccup and the host was right on top of it and thanks for the cookies. I will be recommending.

Lipsticky - you expect much better with a luxury location and cost. Unfortunately, we had an issue with all guests sleeping due to poor quality pillows and lack of blankets for all guests. Door to media room was off the track and 2 Queen bedroom with bathroom - shower was inoperable with very little water pressure. The communication around these issues was very slow. When discussed in morning with 1 person - they provided 2 additional subpar pillows when I requested 14 for the 11 guests. 9 were later provided at 6:30pm and these were more suitable but still not of great quality. The house is easy to tell that it's an AirBnB property because it was not stocked in any manner - no coffee, no oil, no vinegar, no laundry detergent, no dishwasher soap, etc...the basics were really missing here. I would NOT recommend for the money and would NOT stay here again - there are better and closer properties out there to use.

This home was nice and spacious. Very clean . The only thing I didn’t like was the master bed. It feels worn down . I think it needs an upgrade to newer mattress. But all the other beds were very comfortable. The jacuzzi and pool table was a nice touch. I give this 5 stars! It was close to groceries store and fun things to do. I love how the planes that were landing at the airport flew so close to the house!! The house was clean and spacious. And my kids loved the movie room!! Next time we will rent in summer so we can enjoy the huge pool!!

We will be back! The Strip gets tiring and this home is a welcome base for all we wanted to do. We spent a day in Death Valley, a day at Valley of Fire and a day relaxing at the house. The home is as listed and the customer service is top notch. Home is very clean and beds are super comfy. We enjoyed the pool table, movie room and outdoor amenities. Whole Foods at Town Center is about a five minute drive. We made many trips and had plenty of food at the house to grab and go and eat. The location is 8-10 minutes from the airport and 5 min to S Las Vegas Blvd. Can’t wait to book again!

The home itself is beautiful, with a great design and layout. It was spacious, well-designed, and perfect for our stay. However, we were disappointed with the cleanliness upon arrival. It seemed like the cleaning may have been rushed. The floors hadn’t been cleaned thoroughly—my niece’s bare feet turned black after walking barefoot for just half an hour. We also found crumbs under the sofa cushions, and the carpet in the living room hadn’t been vacuumed. Additionally, the bathroom faucets hadn’t been wiped down. Given the cleaning fee charged, we expected a higher standard of cleanliness. We communicated these issues with the host, and they were gracious enough to send someone the following day to vacuum under the sofas, which we appreciated. Despite the initial concerns, we had a great time staying at this lovely home. With a little more attention to the cleaning process, it would be an absolutely perfect stay.

uns hat es mega gefallen. Kommen gerne wieder. Küche hat 2 Spülmaschine 👍. Würde mir a bissle mehr Ausstattung wünschen. (großer Topf, Sieb, Pfanne, Auflaufform). Aber das ist wirklich kein Makel. Wir kommen wieder.

This house was exactly as described. Spacious, clean and in good order throughout. Really easy to get in and out of the strip and a genuinely brilliant place for groups who don't want to stay in hotel rooms in the strip and require communal space. Hottub and pool were brilliant and the master suite is massive. Only slight downside was the communication around early check in. Not possible to confirm that it was available until the day before despite the fact that noone else was staying in the accommodation and then an attempted charge even though only a couple of hours were needed. Required chasing agent up to release the check in instructions as a result. This part of the process could be smoother.

I booked this place for my sister’s bachelorette party with 11 girls total. The house was beautiful - perfect for the group of girls, very spacious & clean. Also 15 min drive to the strip. The host was quick to respond and very friendly and helpful. A few things were missing from the home such as TP, garbage bags & paper towel but the host immediately sent a package to the home with all needed belongings. I would 100% recommend this air bnb!

Un séjour globalement bon, la maison est grande et pratique, la piscine agréable. Literie moyenne. Vaisselle insuffisante. La maison n’était pas prête pour notre arrivée : il manquait du linge de lit, le BBQ n’était pas en état de marche, tout comme le home cinéma. Nous avons signalés tout de suite ce problème à l’hôte, qui était très réactif, mais qui nous a envoyé des tutos YouTube inutiles. Nous avons dû demander plusieurs fois qu’il envoie quelqu’un, trop tard. Nous avons dû annuler notre BBQ party. De manière générale, la cuisine est peu équipée: trop peu de vaisselle, saladiers, etc.

Wir waren eine bunt gemischte Truppe von 11 Erwachsenen. 4 Pärchen und 3 Singels. Das 5 Zimmer mit Klappbett war nicht ganz so optimal für unsere Gruppe. Da es für 2 Erwachsene zu klein war. Der Rest des Hauses war einfach nur Top😄

Wow! This place was nothing short of awesome. Huge space, beautifully decorated, and our host was quick to respond. Our group especially loved the jacuzzi and loved how welcoming the backyard felt. We would have loved to use the sauna, but couldn’t quite figure it out. Still amazing- would love to book again!

We had a great experience. The house is beautiful, as described the service was outstanding. The the response to all the questions was very fast. We're definitely going stay here again.

The description of the place is accurate. There is a pool (not heated, which was a big deal on a chilly spring break), a hot tub and a sauna. The kitchen is not particularly well equipped. (for example, we needed to go purchase cutting boards) The doors on the master bedroom are hanging sliding doors with several inches of space to the sides and below, so there was minimal privacy, but the beds were comfortable. I will say that the place is aesthetically pleasing, it has a large theater room, pool table, ample space for dining. The Cunningham Real Estate Group was incredibly responsive and did reply to us every time we reached out within minutes.

We had a great weekend with family here! The Amenities and space are Awesome! We utilized the Beautiful kitchen daily and Will definitely book again!! Thanks for a perfect spot to gather!!

This is a beautiful home! My family and I enjoyed it very much; it was a little chilly when we went or I’m sure we’d have been in the pool and yard more often. Very spacious, had everything we needed. As one previous customer stated, the doors to the master need to be adjusted or replaced so that they are able to be locked. Too easy for my kids to peek through. Otherwise awesome space. Thank you for having us!

The hot tub was leaking a lot of water. The maintenance guy said it has been doing that for a while. We just used the hose to fill it up every day. Also after the cover had been on it had a fowl smell but it went away after the cover had been off a while. The oven closest to the dishwasher didn’t seem to get hot so we used the other one. I wish we would’ve had at least a baking sheet or a casserole dish but we made do. When we arrived the projector screen was not hooked up but we were able to plug it in and figure it out. The two bed frames in the front bedroom were not fully put together. My husband (we own a furniture store) put the pieces back together so they were able to be slept on. I was also disappointed there was only a pack and play not an actual crib. As a mom that’s an important distinction. Again we made do. The home was spacious and comfortable and suited our needs. Ubers were very easy to get. Loved having a washer and dryer.

Very convenient to the Strip and Airport - just a short Uber drive away. The host was very responsive and easy to work with. The home is spacious and user-friendly for any type of gathering; adults only or with kiddos. We were 11 adults, comfortable, and had a great time. Overall rating would be 4.5, and we'd likely stay again, but some attention to detail is needed for 5 stars. While the house was clean, several pieces of silverware needed to be re-washed, as if whoever put them away had dirty hands. A dirty shirt was left in the steam room from a prior guest. No hangers in master bedroom to hang clothes. The kitchen needed more standard items; food storage, mixing bowls, a toaster etc. If you are a group that doesn't have a need for significant food prep, then no worries. However, if you're planning on several meals, be flexible and plan on a few trips to the store. The outdoor grill was very useful Overall, you and your guests will have a good time..

The house was spacious and the bedding, towels and bathrooms were very nice quality with plenty to go around. The kitchen was large and had plenty of silverware but not enough pans or cooking appliances. For example no toaster or larger fry pan. There was problems with the security gate but the host did send repairman to house several times. This is a great house. Great location and a quiet private neighborhood. Perfect for family getaways. Not walking distance to anything but Ubers are plentiful and seem to be available at all times. Very classy decor and well appointed. I would definitely book this property again.

This was a great stay for our large group! The place was exactly as described, offered plenty of space for 12 of us, plus the location was quiet, but close enough to the Strip and other surrounding attractions. The host was very responsive to any questions or needs we had and everyone in the group enjoyed the place. Having an electric vehicle charger was also a plus! There are only a few things we would have liked to have that weren't offered: baking sheets, a few more pots/pans/cookware, toaster, locking interior doors. Other than that, the place is perfect and we would stay again!

This house is perfect for a large group and the location is near everything! We stayed for a week preparing for a wedding and I must say this house had everything we needed and all of my guests were super comfortable. The pool and hot tub was a plus, especially for the kids! Hosts also had great communication the few times I had inquiries. Would definitely stay here again!!

This property is everything mentioned on AirBnb and more! Walking through the door, you are immersed in a million-dollar ranch home that has been completely renovated and is swanky, sexy and accommodating all in one! Host is incredible; he redefines "lagniappe." Pool...jacuzzi...large, flat screen tvs throughout...massive kitchen...perfectly positioned place settings...comfortable furniture and great bathrooms. Master shower is huge! Gated driveway and large circle drive is perfect for new arrivals. The property is perfectly balanced throughout. The landscaping is meticulously maintained. Upon departure, a team of maintenance personnel were cleaning the pool, trimming the already-spectacular shrubs and desert-flowering plants. This is an oasis you can't miss if you're traveling to Vegas with a large group. The property is a short distance from Las Vegas boulevard and the Strip. Perfect location to be close enough to the action while also having a place for quiet time. Will return!

House was perfect for our family.Location was convenient.Owners reps. were very communicative and responded quickly to our inquiries.The house was clean but there were a few things that needed attention.We arrived on a Thursday and the 4 garbage bins were over flowing, leaving us to have to put our small amount of garbage in bags on the ground. When asked about this, was told that garbage day was Sat. and we needed to put out on the curb.This is crazy to me since it was not our garbage and the 4 bins overflowed. I would suggest the owner contract a waste mgmt co. or have the cleaners take garbage with them. The next renters should not be expected to deal with others garbage. Also another oddity in a house otherwise in great condition, in at least 2 bathrooms, the TP holders were broken off the wall & the TP was resting on something. They seemed like easy fixes that weren't fixed.Lastly,the sauna did not work & was covered in webs.Beyond those few items, great house & time.Thank you

Beautiful place in a very convenient location to the strip. Within 15 minutes of major hotels, restaurants, and venues. The rooms were nice and beds comfortable. Great place to get a group of friends or families together for a weekend in Vegas. Will stay there again.

Fantastic home and fantastic hosts. Shawn and his team were very responsive, courteous, and accommodating! This home is a perfect rental for large groups of families and friends with the open space concept in the main living area. Plenty of room for my friends and I to lounge but also socialize with each other. The property was well taken care of and had a lot of amenities for our convenience and pleasure, such as a nice bbq grill, furniture, pool table & more. Beds were comfy, bathrooms and kitchen were clean and updated like a luxury home. Definitely on my list to re-rent in the future! Thanks again, Shawn.
