Splendide appartement à quelques minutes en voiture de toutes les attractions principales de Las Vegas (il faut cependant avoir une voiture pour y accéder, n’envisagez pas d’y aller à pieds). La piscine est un grand plus.

A nice, clean space close to the Strip. Parking was easy in the gated community. Instructions were clear about how to park and check in. The space is large and comfortable. The pools are nice and relaxing!

Very nice option for two couples or family with nice, separated, bedrooms/baths and in-between living area. Need to be comfortable with stairs to the third floor.

The staff was proactive and provided clear instructions on how to check in and out, access to amenities…. Good location with pretty quick access to the strip, airport and highway.

Great apartment- safe 25 minute walk to the Strip - Nice quiet complex with lovely pool area. Apartment was exactly like the photos. Really enjoyed our stay.

Good location and handy to events everywhere

The place was really close to the strip and was very beautiful! At first it was hard to locate due to it being in an apartment complex and the lock wasn’t working at first, but they helped rigged away to fix the issue. Besides that I have no complaints everything was nice and clean and convenient. Communication was always nice and available 24/7

Beautiful place,spaceful and peaceful host was very prompt and responsive would definitely book again 20 mins walk to the strip 10 mins drive can’t beat that and not deal with the hotel nonsense

Nuestra estancia fue excelente, en todo momento estuvieron al pendiente de nosotros y de cualquier duda que tuviéramos. El Departamento está excelente y super cómodo, tiene todo lo necesario para que tu estancia sea placentera. La ubicación es genial, a un lado hay una plaza con restaurantes y farmacia, está muy cerca del Stripe ( a solo 7 mnts)

Prima verblijf op beveiligd complex. Alles goed schoon en foto’s geven goed beeld van verblijf. Strip op 20 minuten lopen maar andere resorts als Palms en Rio op 5 minuten lopen. Host reageerde snel bij vragen.

Great place at a reasonable price, highly recommended. We stayed for business, and it was close to everything we needed. Did not communicate with the host beyond check-in and check-out, but they were very proactive and professional. This is a 3rd floor walk-up, so keep that in mind if mobility is an issue. Was a great place with a seasoned host -- would definitely stay again!

This space was perfect! Clean, cute and very comfortable. Will definitely be booking with Shawn again soon.

Shawn and his wife are very nice people. they are very responsive and called to make sure our check was okay. They made sure we had check instructions and they were really clear. the place was super clean and had everything you would need to cook with. The only thing I would say is it is not a kid friendly place. The apartment was in the 3rd floor (which wasn't the problem) but if you have little ones you can hear every step they take. Trying to keep my young daughter from playing like she does was hard, we felt bad for the renter below and she didn't have much to do there as there were no park around us.

Great spot, very safe and secure complex. The pool and sauna were amazing. The condo is very spacious and is perfect for 4 people. My only feedback is that having a binder which gives instructions/ assistance with internet connection (password), batteries for remotes (I did find them in the tote box). Nearby breakfast and Grocery/Med. etc. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it to everyone!! Thank you.

Great place to stay. great location near everything cozy clean. Overall great comfortable stay just small issue with the water heater. other than that experience was great. highly reccomend this place.

We had 2 couples staying here and the layout was perfect. Since the living space and kitchen separated each bedroom and bathroom, each couple had their own side of the place. And each bedroom was spacious and convenient with a bathroom nearby. Everything was nice and clean and the added touches of bows on toilet paper and paper towels only reinforced that it was well taken care of. We rarely encountered another person in our comings and goings so it was a nice private area and felt nice and safe too. Instructions to get in were very clear and we had no issues. The kitchen was nice and stocked with dishes and utensils and basic pantry items also. The only thing we were concerned about was how loud it felt when we were walking around, no matter how lightly we walked, and we hoped we weren't disturbing any neighbors.

Wir waren 7 Tage dort. Leider gibt es keine Schränke, so dass wir aus dem Koffer leben mussten. Die Wohnung ist sonst sehr schön und ideal für 2 Paare. Es gibt auch einen Pool. Bis auf die Bestecke war alles sehr sauber. Da wir zumTeil für uns 4 gekocht haben, fehlte ein großer Topf und eine Pfanne war nicht zu gebrauchen. Die Nähe zum Strip war genial und es war auch sehr ruhig. Wir sind am 1. Tag zu Fuß zum Strip, dass war bei 39 Grad keine gute Idee und fortan waren wir nur noch per Taxi oder Uber unterwegs. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind per Google schnell zu finden. Mit unserem Mietwagen haben wir noch schöne Ausflüge gemacht. Wir können diese Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen 👍🏼

Tolle Unterkunft mit allem, was man für einen Aufenthalt in Vegas benötigt. Große Betten, schöne Badezimmer mit Riesendusche und ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer mit netter Küche. Wir waren zu viert und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist ebenfalls super, mit dem Uber ist man in 5 Minuten beim Strip. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen, wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Liebe Grüße und vielen Dank an Shawn.

Great place to stay during our visit to Las Vegas!

Shawn was very prompt in sharing the necessary info, and ready to answer any questions. My kids really enjoyed the pool and I liked how comfortable to beds were, plus how easy it was to get anywhere else. Thank you!

L appartement est conforme aux photos (même si plus petit que l effet visuel des photos). Tout est récent et nickel ! Lits confortables dans les 2 chambres Nous étions 6 nous avons utilisé 2 pliants (forcément moins confortable) On est à 1km à vol d oiseau du strip et 10 min en voiture (impossible à pied. Gros axes routiers). C est super pratique Une des 2 piscines étaient fermés. Mais celle ouverte super (fraîche mais ça rafraîchit) Seul défaut la climatisation fait énormément de bruit !

Alloggio fantastico. Tavolo solo con 4 sedie per 5 ospiti. Cucina poco attrezzata (teglie per il forno, poca varietà di padelle e pentole). Nel complesso molto gradevole

The place was exactly as it was described. It was beautiful and comfortable for myself and three others. We stood for 4 days and Shawn was very accommodating and responsive. We had a slight issue with the hoy water but he fixed that with no problem and we would definitely consider booking with them again.

Shawn was a great host! His place is very close to the strip. We took ubers and it was about 7-10 minutes. Place was very comfortable and had everything needed. Clean place and nice and cool for the heat.

The apartment is on the top floor – accessible via the stairs. There is a balcony, but it was so hot we did not venture out onto it! There is also a lovely swimming pool which we also did not get time to take advantage of. The apartment was ideal for 2 adults and 2 teenage children – my daughter took the bed, while my son was on the single sofa bed. Two bathrooms is always helpful when there are 4 of you trying to get ready each morning! The apartment is within walking distance of a Denny’s which we visited, and also we walked to the nearly Rio hotel/casino for a drink one evening. The apartment is on secure site with a pass required (to keep on view on the dashboard) and someone checking entry/barrier system. We used taxis/Lyft to get around. This apartment was ideal for us!

The unit was clean, well stocked including towels, paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dish cleaning supplies, laundry cleaning supplies, garbage bags, spices and kitchen tools/dishes/silverware. The layout was nice and the furniture was good. Very stylish place. We enjoyed our stay.

Great location with a secured gate. AC was cold after the first day. Beautiful space and not a party hub. Just what we wanted. Very responsive hosts too!

Definitely recommend this stay!! Five min drive from the strip. It’s also a really calm and private area. And it looks exactly like the pictures!

Great and very Quiet place close to the strip. The place has been renovated and modernized. If I’m being critical, there were a couple of places that displayed damage like the master closet door that had a small drill hole. Nothing affected the functionality. We used the metro bus that is in front of the BnB complex and were about to travel with ease. Lyft drivers were able to pass security without trouble. Great communication with the owner and although my passcode to enter was not set before my arrival, a phone call resolved this in minutes, my passcode was set remotely. Will stay again if I visit Vegas.

Apartment was exactly as shown in the photos with quality furniture and fittings and in a secure complex with 2 pool (1 heated) and a weights room. Security on gate. Felt like a peaceful oasis away from the madness of the strip. 10 minute drive to Treasure Island casino which has free parking and a good view from the roof. Apartment is near Rio Casino and for a fit person, about 15-20 min walk to back of Bellagio Hotel. The beds were super king size and there were 2 fold up beds that our teenage sons used. Communication with managers was very quick and helpful if we had a query. We would look to stay here again on our next visit.

The apartment was spacious and well appointed.

First of all it was a nice place near the strip but not noisy or fraught with traffic. It was very clean and was set up very nicely for us, really good layout for two couples. The only downsides were the fact that it was not at all walkable. We had to Uber everywhere. We even had to DoorDash some basic food/drink things to avoid talking an Uber to shop. The thermostat needs to be repaired and hopefully has already. It was hot. Like really hot inside. First night we opened the windows and cracked the door to keep it cool. Second night hot air blew all night and it was 95 when we woke up. We reported it immediately so hopefully it’s fixed by now. The apt was very quiet though and the grounds are nice and clean. All in all not a bad stay even with the heat issues. If that’s fixed then it’s a great deal for the money for a quick Vegas trip.

We really enjoyed our stay. Ample towels and amenities in bathroom and kitchen. Close to the strip, main roads, and freeways. Clean and comfortable - beds were good, tv in main area and bedrooms. Secured parking area. It is on the 3rd floor and no elevator. It would be helpful to have hooks to hang up clothes. Great communication on checkin and checkout. We would definitely recommend. It would be nice to use the pool when weather is warmer.

Location was great. Easy enough to get to, and close to where we needed to be for the needs of our trip.

It was a great stay. easy enough to get to and from. Very safe. The only minor criticism is there is no elevator to access the property. Those with mobility issues will have a problem with all the stairs in and out of the property.

Great host, great condo!

We had an excellent stay….extremely quiet and peaceful. About a 10 minute drive to the strip. Best to pack light because there are 2 flights of stairs to climb to the 3rd floor. The nice thing is that the condo is on the top floor so no one is walking above and the ceilings are higher.

Great place to stay with a group instead of booking a hotel suite! Close to the strip and walkable Denny’s for breakfast in the morning, this is a quiet gated residential area so it’s ideal if planning to only use it as a space to recharge and then go out on the strip. The pool was great and relaxing while the unit itself was spacious and comfortable, there isn’t any closet space if that’s important and we did have some cleanliness issues in the bathroom and under the beds but overall it wouldn’t deter us from booking this exact place again, the host is very responsive and ready to assist with anything that you need!

This place is as pictured (even better in person) and I would stay here again closer to the Rio and Palms resorts…..

Hard to locate upon arrival and also remote issue locating it to masterbedroom tv. once i told shawn the issue he quickly fixed it. great customer service and great stay. would definitely stay again

We really enjoyed our stay here. Shawn was very responsive and helpful when we had questions and was a great location to the strip. We felt very welcome and at home.
