House was great, kids loved the WiFi and the pool, loved the area and Host was very helpful, a great experience overall

We had a great time, staying this house. The house was clean, and the area where the house located was quiet. In addition, the house owner swiftly made a response every time. We wished that there were a laundry machine in the house.

Shawn’s place was great for our group of 5. We had plenty of room and it was conveniently located for everything we wanted to do. Paying a bit extra to heat the pool was well worth it as it was very warm and a treat to come back to take a swim after hiking.

My stay at Shawn’s place was absolutely fantastic! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect — close to local attractions yet quiet enough for a relaxing evening. Shawn was incredibly welcoming and responsive. I truly felt at home and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. Looking forward to staying again in the future!

This was my second time with Shawn as a host and a first-timer at this location. The area was quiet and clean. I noticed there was little street traffic and the house was easy for uber drivers to find. The house was clean and with nicely done bathrooms. Fantastic main bedroom.Spacious and open concept living area, and the water feature running into the pool added a very relaxing touch. Shawn was very attentive and patient. I look forward to next opportunity to stay. I am confident with Shawn as the host, everything will go smoothly. I would recommend this location for anyone looking for a place that has 4 bedrooms but still cozy feels.

Very comfortable home overall. We didn't end up using the pool as there was a daily fee to heat it, but this is understandable for winter. The kitchen was nice but missing some basics like olive oil and some utensils. The knives were also quite dull. There were four empty propane tanks so we weren't able to use the outdoor grill. Overall a very spacious, comfortable and beautiful home, but cooking here wasn't ideal.

What a great time we had —adding the heater to the pool was a real bonus! The house is very comfortable and clean. My only suggestion is that they provide another comfortable chair next to the couch for one more person. I felt the ad portrayed what we got and Shawn was responsive in case of any questions or concerns. Great location for a short trip onto the strip! Overall a great stay and would rent it again.

The house was modern looked recently updated. Well stocked with linens. Washer and dryer even though it was in garage was very accessible and looked new. The pool had algae but after I let Shawn know there was a problem he responded quickly and notified the pool company. I should have let him know sooner that there seemed to be a problem with the algae but it was still good.

It felt real cozy and heavenly sent for relaxation. I definitely will recommend this place to friends and family. Looking forward to future stays!

Great location ( felt safe) and outdoor space, clean and nice extra touches like coffee, water, shampoo/conditioner, and several towels for pool area. Overall worth the price!

Good place in a good location, easy check in

The overall stay was okay. The neighborhood felt safe, the house amenities and description was fairly accurate. We did have issues on day one, we found a broken shower door that was completely off track so there was no way to safely open or close the door to take a shower and it wasn't fix until the next day. Bathroom #2 shower wasn't draining appropriately so there was always standing water in the tube while taking a shower. The master bathroom barn door appeared to have not been installed correctly which the maintenance vendor pointed out. The couch had it's share of usage so the cushions were very worn out. The Vegas strip was about 25min from the house depending on the location of the strip you are going too. However, the decor was beautiful including inside and outside of the house. Lovely pool but we didn't use it because the water was extremely cold and debris from nature was occupying the bottom of it. The host did respond promptly anytime we had questions or concerns.

Very nice and quiet place.

The house is beautifully kept inside. We had one big issue that impacted our plan upon arrival but it was resolved within 3 hours and the owner did refund one night. If you are into firm mattresses and don't mind springs, then you will sleep great. I am not a firm bed sleeper and was not able to sleep well at all. Otherwise, the rooms are spacious and the other furniture is well placed and provides for ample storage. I gave 4 stars because compared to other locations and aside from the mattresses, the furnishings were great and the service was responsive. I did not give 5 stars because the issue that came up the first night forced us to change plans and redirect some guests to another location. Again, if you are good with firm mattresses, the location is easy access to so much and the space inside the house is very well distributed for maximum efficiency. Our family was only 3 on most nights and then 5 on only one night, so everyone had their own room.

Host was very responsive and attentive. The house overall was nice and like the photos. The only cons I have is that the listing said it was less than 15 mins from the strip but it took about 20 mins every time we had to Uber to the strip. Also, not sure if they ran out of these when we got there but kitchen didn’t have salt or cooking oil which seems like should be some kitchen essentials to have. Overall, it was a good stay and house was clean!

The property was nice and easy to find. Everything was very clean and tidy inside. The pool area in the back has a great feel to it if the weather permits. Highly recommend it for a family vacation to Las Vegas.

We enjoyed our stay at this house. It was comfortable, well equipped and peaceful. However, I rented the house because it listed a heated pool. We also paid an extra heating fee for the pool heater. We were notified one week before our stay that the pool heater was broken. The heater was not repaired in time for our stay. We were disappointed about this. Additionally, the pool itself looked unattended and poorly cared for. We also felt that the overall rental cost of the house was high, especially without a heated pool. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay. We liked the neighborhood very much and the easy access to the airport and the Strip. And , we enjoyed the peaceful street.

The house was perfect for our group of seven people. Nice terrace in the back and more than enough room inside!

The house was wonderful and so was the support from them. Sadly, the pool heater stopped working. The company was very helpful, sent out a repairman on a holiday weekend but it was unable to be fixed before we left. They refunded us our money for heating the pool and there wasn't much more they could have done.

Great place loved the area loved the house it was beautiful response from host were pretty fast. If I was to come back I would most def stay here again
