Fashionable 1-Bedrm Apt 15 Min to Manhattan

Nous avons passé 10 jours en famille (4 personnes) dans cet appartement. Nous y avons trouvé les bonnes conditions pour se reposer après de longues journées de visites à Manhattan. Avec mon sommeil léger, j’ai tout de même préféré porter des bouchons d’oreille car j’entendais les bruits de la rue. C’est bien la seule chose à améliorer car tout le reste est parfait : spacieux, propre, bien équipé et douillet, bien décoré, etc. Parfait ! Et pour ne rien gâcher, Hoboken est aussi une ville agréable 🙂 avec plein de commerces pour le quotidien à proximité ! Nous recommandons vraiment cet appartement !

It was a great stay and the host always responded quickly to my texts. The place was furnished nicely and was perfect for the price. Would definitely recommend to a group of 4 or less.

Le quartier d'Hoboken est sécurisant. L'appartement est bien situé à 15 minutes à pied du Path. Appartement cosy, supérette et restaurants autour... Seul bémol de l'appartement : la ventilation était bruyante dans la chambre.

We felt so comfortable in this unit. The host was very supportive, kind and respectful. We asked for a sooner check-in, and he accepted. Also we asked to have a new kettle as the previous one didn't work, and he ordered another one quickly. We recommend this location to other people and encourage to stay here during their trip to N.Y.

Apartment was exactly like the listing, super cute and cozy for the weekend I stayed! Check in and out was made super easy by the host! Area was great and close to all the main restaurants and bars which made it super easy to walk around! Definitely going use Shawn and this listing in the future!

Tuvimos que dejar el apartamento porque hubo una fuga de agua en el techo arriba de la cama. Se mojó nuestro equipaje Al día siguiente se cayó una parte del techo Al día siguiente volvió a caer agua y tuvimos que irnos a un hotel en Manhattan. Esa fue la única solución que nos pudieron ofrecer. Nos dieron un reembolso por el 30 % de dos noches , pero eso no compenso los costos de salir a un hotel y la transportación. No recomiendo ese apartamento. Es un apartamento viejo con poco mantenimiento.

great place in a quiet neighborhood.. close enough to manhattan.. just catch the train at nearest station after a short walk.. place looks as advertised and excellent communication.

Location was near all the things we were looking to do, walkable to public transit into NYC. If driving, prepare to pay for garage parking, but Sean was helpful in providing multiple options! Thanks for sharing your space at a last minute booking!

Shawn's place is lovely - it has everything needed! It was very cozy. I had trouble getting in: the directions were not clear and the code to the first door was missing. But once we were in it was lovely. Thank you Shawn!

Really nice, clean, and spacious accommodations in a very walkable and convenient area of Hoboken. Would recommend staying here! As other guests have mentioned, the only issues I had were checking in. The instructions were not particularly clear (for example, there is a direction to go around to the right of the building, which does not make sense for where the entrance is located), and a door code was not provided for the front door of the building, despite many other details provided, so I needed to call the management company late at night in order to get into the building. This property is one of many managed by the same management group, so it took a minute to explain where I was and what the problem was. I also received a message indicating that cleaning and support staff only receive a bonus with a 5-star review, which didn’t give the best impression. Otherwise, great stay and would return!

Logement situé du côté New Jersey de l ' Hudson River à 10mn à pieds de la ligne qui relie Manhattan en quelques minutes de train. Emplacement donc très pratique avec un beau waterfront qui permet d ' admirer la Skyline. Hoboken est une petite ville dynamique et jeune qui se laisse découvrir avec plaisir. Logement propre avec une literie confortable. Seul petit bémol qui a vite été résolu c est de ne pas avoir eu le code d ' accès de l ' immeuble lors de la réservation ce qui nous a valu de rester en stand bye devant l immeuble quelques minutes mais la réponse a été réactive ( pensez à le demander s ' il ne vous ai pas fourni). Séjour très agréable nous y retournerons avec plaisir 😊

Great spot, easy to use public transportation back and forth to NYC. Great restaurants in the area! Would highly recommend this cute, cozy spot.

This was a nice place to stay for shorter time in a nice location near to NJ & NY. Living & dining area was very spacious & cozy. Bedroom was nice and we felt cold inside but not too much. I will recommend this place for people.
