The bikes are for rent at $100 per stay. *Guests are required to sign a "Guest Rental Agreement" upon booking. * We have security cameras facing the street and in the front door. * We have noise monitoring device in the backyard and in the living room. These devices only records the decibels to monitor noise level during quiet hours but NO audio recording. * The fridge is not connected to a waterline due to leak risks. If you need an ice tray and we'll have one delivered within 24 hours All of them are on 24/7 and for security purposes. There is no camera in private area or anywhere inside the house. Security cameras solely facing the street (as required by the City)

March 2025 3.00The house is pretty and spacious. The arcade room is so much fun and all the game’s amenities are great for big groups. Shawn was amazing with communication and service. We did not find any of the beds comfortable. That was a big bummer because you need any rest you can get in Vegas and it’s one of the things travelers looks forward to the most while on vacay, super comfty beds. They were pretty stiff but also had this topper I guess where you just sink very slooooowly and if you change position it’s like getting out of a hole. (Did not feel tempurpedic btw) Idk, we didn’t sleep that great on these beds :( also they only gave us TWO dishwasher pods! This is my least favorite part, paying not so cheap cleaning fee and having to wash a bunch of dishes myself. Also the cleanliness of the place was ok. The bathroom glass had water stains. My toilet had 1 drop of yellow liquid on the seat so I had to clean myself. You can feel squeaky clean and it wasn’t squeaky clean. Same for the beds.

March 2025 5.00The house was just as described. The adults and kids all loved the many games! Everything was clean and they provided ample supplies (towels, soap, etc). We were there for the Spartan race and were very happy to come home to the hot tub and massage chair!!

March 2025 5.00We enjoyed our stay very much. It was affordable, clean, roomy, host was very responsive, and it was a safe neighborhood. There were some maintenance issues, but Shawn (host) promised they were going to be repaired. We would definitely stay there again.
