3-Bedroom Paradise Getaway with Pool & Pool Table

Property was as described and Shawn was an excellent host! Any questions I had were answered quickly and he went above and beyond to make our group comfortable. Property is well kept, quiet and peaceful. Our group had a fantastic time and we hope to rent this property again in the future.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home in North Las Vegas. The home was spacious, clean, and located in a peaceful neighborhood which made it easy to relax in after exploring the city. One of the highlights was the stunning Mountain View - we loved starting our mornings watching the sunrise. Shawn and his team were incredibly friendly and responsive, which made the whole experience seamless from start to finish. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and quiet stay in Vegas. We will definitely be back!

The house was clean and organized. It had a great selection of coffee for the Kuerig. The backyard/pool area was amazing. All 3 bedrooms were clean and set up for what we needed. I would definitely stay here again.

The pictures are def catfish. The landscape in the back was dirty and dead palm tree pieces all in pool and pool had dirt as well. No hand soap downstairs the one they had was watered down. Only hand towels in master bedroom and there was a stain on the floor that was brownish tan. Roaches started coming up the kitchen sink and we had to kill some in the kitchen. There was a smell when we got there. One of the curtains near the dining room was significantly shorter making it possible to see inside the house. Closet had clutter. Extra bedding looked broken in each room. One sink in master bathroom barely worked. Light switches were weird combinations in order to turn lights on. Very bland decorations best party was the living room. Everything else was lackluster. I’ve stayed in multiple bnbs and this was def the worst one. Barely cleaned and catfish pictures. Best part was master bed was comfy. Unfortunately we had nowhere else to stay so we had to deal with the dirt and squalor.

It was very comfortable, quiet and welcoming. Perfect for winding down after full busy days with the family! Beds were very comfortable and we all slept peacefully. There was plenty of space for our party of 8! The location is far from the strip but there are PLENTY of amenities (groceries, clothing shopping, lots of restaurants and food trucks) very close by! I definitely recommend this place!

We came Vegas to be with my family who lives in Vegas for Thanksgiving and it felt like I was at home❤️ we cooked, laughed and had a wonderful time it was a home away from home . Yes I recommend this home Airbnb to anyone. The master bedroom I fell in love with and it was enough space for everyone. We did not use the pool due to the weather but it was a beautiful place to stay. We will be back and thank you Shawn from all of us from Detroit you are a great host.😊

This place was great for my whole family. The area was really quiet no noise even in daytime. Shawn’s place was very clean and the decor was well put together. The pool was nice even tho we didn’t get a chance to use it due to weather. My niece was able to cook everyday that we stayed here. I will 100% come again when im in the area. Make sure you book with him 😊

Absolutely loved my stay!!! Slept so comfortable and the beds were amazing!!!

This is a good value for the cost. Plenty of beds, the backyard is nice, kitchen has everything you need. The host is super communicative. A few small notes - on the trundle beds, the pull out bed is shorter than a normal bed. Too short for an average adult male. The comforters are under the top sheets? Weird but ok lol. The upstairs (where all the bedrooms are) was hot AF at night and the thermostat is locked so we couldn’t turn it down to a comfortable temperature. The master bath only has cold water but it was so hot, the cold shower was fine lol. The house was about a 20 mins Uber ride to the strip. We used XL Ubers the whole time for our group of 6 and it was only $30-$40 each way to/from the strip.

Great place with the pool, we enjoyed our stay but it’s 30 mins from the strip so just be prepared for that !

Good neighborhood, safe location, convenient Cuzco near Wal-Mart.

I really don’t have anything bad to say about this place. Shawn’s place was reasonably priced and clean. We decided to stay here while celebrating our anniversary and visiting family. Shawn was always available if I messaged him. The furniture was clean and the bed was comfortable. I only had one small concern. There were no washcloths. There were only hand towels and bath towels. But most people use loofas nowadays anyway. The pool was a wonderful amenity to have! To be honest, this was a home away from home. I would definitely suggest this place and would definitely stay here again!

Excellent stay short drive away from the hustle and bustle of the strip. Great location if you want venture out to surrounding areas. House was clean and pool nice and cool for a hot summer day

Shawn was on top of everything and even took the time to let me know even before we got to the house about minor details and if i wanted them taken care of he would send someone… Shawn was a great host from even before the check in- until it was time to check out.

The location was good, I’m a clean freak just wish carpet stains would be taken care of. Upstairs ac didn’t seem to work as good as downstairs. There was a water bubble in plumbing or a pressure problem that made an annoying loud squeaking sound just randomly. Wear and tear around the home, I think some things could use an update. But overall it looked like pictures. Host was very attentive and very friendly! I would recommend if you need something cheaper than hotels and more privacy. It was far away enough from the strip to attain privacy and quietness but close enough to strip to access all the fun activities

Beautiful quiet clean home

The reason for the 4 stars is because, under the front door it’s a big gap so something could crawl in. Also the hot and cold water handle in shower is turned backwards, no one told us about it. But overall it’s a great place. If we were to come back we would book again. Thank you!

Very large space that great for our family with 2 young kids. The house had lots of fun activities and it was easy to cook and use the kitchen. I loved that we could easily do laundry at the house.

The stay was exactly what we needed, very beautiful spacious home. The AC struggled a bit to keep the house cold, it would get pretty warm at some point in the day. The pool area outside was nice as well. Would love to return to this location in the future.

It was a nice place, beautiful, good kitchen, and good for lots of people. The tvs did not work even after troubleshooting but aside from that it was fun!

We had a very peaceful stay. The neighborhood was very quiet. Everything that was needed, was provided. It felt just like home.

Stayed for a 4 day trip and the house was perfect great quiet location off the strip close to lots of restaurants.

Great fast communication. the pool & Billiards made my experience more enjoyable. No issues with the neighborhood. I think i got more out of my stay here than i would’ve at a hotel.

Very nice place to stay at if you’re looking for something off the strip and something with a more cozy home feel. The place itself was generally clean and had all the amenities that was listed available which is nice. It is a 20-30 minute drive to the strip from this home so not too bad of distance away but also far enough to where you can sleep peacefully without all the busyness of Vegas.

Great time in Vegas for the amount of time we had and very thankful for having a place well worth going back to at the end of the night.
