(Please Note the Pool is Not Heated) Guests are required sign a Guest Rental Agreement upon booking. * We have security cameras facing the street and in the front door. * We have noise monitoring device in the backyard and in the living room. These devices only records the decibels to monitor noise level during quiet hours but NO audio recording. *The fridge is not connected to a waterline due to leak risks. If you need an ice tray, we'll have one delivered within 24 hours. *The mailbox access or keys are not provided unless the guest has a lease agreement. All of them are on 24/7 and for security purposes. There is no camera in private area or anywhere inside the house. Security cameras solely facing the street (as required by the City)
