Boho 1-Bedroom Apt 15 Min to Manhattan

Shawn’s place was just as he described & the pictures show! Shawn was very nice and answered the many questions I had before, during, & after booking. If I ever come back to visit NY again, I wouldn’t hesitate to book with Shawn again!

Ubytování bylo skvělé dle popisu i pro 4 člennou rodinu. Dobře vybavená kuchyně ale méně skleněného nádobí. Všude bylo čisto. TV s Netflixem. Jednoznačně palec nahoru.

Die Wohnung sieht aus wie im Inserat und hält alles in allem was sie verspricht. Mit dem PATH Train, dem 126 er Bus und der Fähre ist man sehr gut an Manhattan angebunden und hat viele Optionen New York City zu erreichen. 4 Sterne statt 5 gibt es, weil es nicht so ruhig war, wie wir gehofft hatten. Die Wohnung über uns wurde renoviert und ab 7.30h wackelte auch bei uns die Wand. Auch an das sehr laute Brummen von Klimaanlage und Kühlschrank musste sich die Person, die auf der Couch im Wohnzimmer schlief, erstmal gewöhnen. Aber renoviert wird ja wohl nicht immer und abgesehen davon waren wir zufrieden und würden die Wohnung weiter empfehlen.

Tolles apartment in einer schönen Lage, sowie hervorragender Gastgeber, der immer erreichbar ist. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen 🫶

Departamento muy cómodo y limpio, sector seguro y agradable, excelente ubicación. Definitivamente volveríamos al departamento en un próximo viaje.

My brother and I felt very comfortable at Shawn's place. The apartment is very cozy with everything you need for a short stay. It's only 10-15 mins away from the PATH station, so getting to NYC is very simple. The only thing is that the listing says it can acommodate 4 guests when, in reality, it's for 3 max. There's a sofa where one guest can sleep, but two people don't fit. So, the only way to accomodate 4 guests is if 3 sleep in the bed. It didn't really matter to us because we were two guests, though. Other than that, it's a great place and we'd be happy to stay there again. Hoboken is also a great city with lots of bars, restaurants, supermarkets and convinience stores. And access to NYC is really convenient and fast with the PATH train.

We stayed there for almost a week. We enjoyed it very much. It was enough for The Four of Us. I would I will start with the things I didn't like first of all, some of the corners in the apartment were not that clean. The bathroom was not that clean. We found hairstrands spread in the bathroom. The ceiling was leaking all days when taking a shower, so it was very disturbing. Also, the maintenance were kinder. Rude And they thought that the the the leaking was our problem, but it wasn't things I liked in the apartment. First of all, the sofa bed was the best thing in the apartment um. Also, the location of the place is very convenient. And the tv was huge and clear. I would say the pictures didn't give the room the credits that it really deserves. The bed was very big. The room was spacious. The sofa bed was better than it is in the pictures. So overall, it was worth visiting if not the leaking issue. But yeah, it happens.

Shawn was an amazing host! We had an incredible time in New York thanks to his place. Would recommend to anyone!

The location of the apartment was great! It was very convenient to the PATH trains, and Hoboken is extremely charming! The only thing to take note of is if you stay there in the winter there is no central heating unit. There is like an electric heater/radiator in the bedroom. So it would get pretty cold in the apartment during the day when we were out exploring due to the fact that it could only be run when we were home.

Un buon soggiorno nel complesso. Qualche misunderstanding sull’aria calda, ma è stata una buona esperienza. L’appartamento è ben curato, si trova in un ottima posizione e corrisponde alla descrizione dell’annuncio. Servizio degli host ottimo.

I really appreciate Shawn and the team’s effort. The place is within walkable distance to Hoboken PATH. Nice and cozy decoration gave us the feeling like home.

Great stay! Such a cute area. Felt extremely safe. Clear instructions, extremely clean, and a cozy bed! Highly recommend.

The accomodation is located nearby the PATH, so it's very easy to visit downtown of New York. Also nearby the flat you can find park with the view to Manhattan. In the flat you have a lot of space. You can find there also the kitchen with coffee, towels, soap... The host was very proactive and kind!

Shawn was very responsive and very understanding, we had a medical emergency which he was very accommodating for. Would definitely recommend. Jeniffee the cleaner was also fantastic and very nice!

The location was great and it was clean and kitchen well equipped. The only down side was that there is no sofa bed as described, it is a sofa and a single airbed. For 4 people there wasn’t really enough bedding as the second duvet cover wasn’t big enough to cover sofa and airbed. Overall good value for money.

We had a great time at Shawns place. Came with the family, partly to celebrate Halloween, stayed for 9 days and it was perfect for us. We liked the smalltown feeling of Hoboken as a contrast to when and if you go over to Manhattan (which is very convenient with either train or bus). The apartment was as described and perfect for the four of us. It was very clean and felt like new. During the whole process from booking to check out Shawn and his team communicated everything we needed to know so it felt very secure and they were also very quick to answer questions. The first day we had a question about the beds and I had a chat with Shawns team and they fixed it very swiftly. There is quite a lot of restaurants for pretty much every taste and grocery stores, laundromat etc all within walking distance from the apartment. All in all we would absolutely recommend Shawns place and we would be happy to come back another time.

The hosts were great, Shawn kept us up to date with everything from the moment of booking. The apartment was really good value for money, very clean and great for small families (perfect for me my wife and our 6 year old) Hoboken was a wonderful place to stay many of the restaurants and bars to suit all budgets, most with outside seating so we could sit comfortably and have a few drinks after a long day of sight seeing. It’s a short walk from the ferry which is a great and affordable way to travel to Manhattan. 10/10 thanks Shawn :)

Shawnin tarjoama asunto oli loistava kotipesä New Yorkin matkallemme. Hoboken on mukava asuinympäristö, josta kulkeminen Manhattanille oli helppoa ja nopeaa bussilla, meteolla ja myös lautalla. Vahva suositus!

I had a wonderful stay! The area is really nice, and the host was amazing and super responsive. They were proactive in making sure everything went smoothly. The location is perfect, walkable to the bus, path, and great restaurants/cafes. I’d definitely stay here again!
