Hoboken! 15 Min Train to Manhattan, Full Kitchen

Shawn and his team are extremely professional and organized. They are proactive in communicating throughout my stay, providing instructions about check-in/out, and responding to my requests. The apartment is conveniently located in a quiet and residential neighborhood with walkable distance to grocery, Hudson riverside and the Path train station to Manhattan. There’s a ton of natural light in the bedroom as well as the kitchen area with plenty of room to cook and host friends. It has been a pleasure experience for my stay. Appreciate Shawn and his team for the above-and-beyond hosting!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Lage. Die Path war zu Fuß erreichbar und innerhalb von 15 Minuten war man mitten in Manhattan. Es war relativ ruhig nachts. Allerdings kann man die Nachbarn über dem Appartement deutlich hören und auch was auf der Straße passiert, ist deutlich hörbar. Leider hatten wir Probleme mit Ameisen und anderen Käfern in der Wohnung, haben aber von Shawn ein Spray dagegen bekommen. Außerdem war der Kühlschrank bei unser Ankunft kaputt und konnte erst nach insgesamt 4 Tagen repariert werden. Es waren viele Löcher in den Wänden und es wurde nur sporadisch geputzt (Flecken an den Amaturen in Bad und Küche etc.). Am Ofen und an einer Lampe fehlte ein Schalter. Es wurde angeboten dies reparieren zulassen, es hat uns aber nicht weiter gestört, sodass wir dies nicht annahmen. Das Treppenhaus war zudem eine große Baustelle inkl. Baulärm, was zumindest hätte erwähnt werden sollen. Nach Hoboken kommen wir gerne wieder, in Shawn‘s AirBnb nicht!

The place was wonderful. Very clean and beautifully decorated. It was very convenient for going into Manhattan and back, being just a short walk from the Path Terminal as well as the 126 bus route. We felt quite safe walking around, even at night.

Sehr gut gelegene Wohnung in ruhigem Viertel von Hoboken mit guter Anbindung nach Manhatten. Nett eingerichtete Zimmer mit zweckmäßig ausgestatteter Küche und bequemem Bett. Sehr gute und freundliche Kommunikation mit Vermieter. Treppenhaus durch Bauarbeiten in gegenüberliegender Wohnung war in dem Zeitraum stark verschmutzt.

O apartamento era exatamente como nas fotos, mas o hall de entrada do apartamento é precário e precisa de uma bela reforma. Falam que acomoda um bebê, mas não tem berço disponível. Falam sobre a possibilidade de checkin antecipado ou checkout depois do horário, mas não foi possível fazer. Talheres estavam sujos.

Overall it’s a good experience. Very professional team.

The host gave clear instructions, and we checked in easily. The only confusing thing is the heater (they seem to have multiple units so they accidentally sent the wrong instruction video), which is fine and they helped answer quickly later. The first night I felt cold but the host kindly bought a blanket for us. Cute & convenient neighborhood, a 13-minute walk to PATH, and everything else works perfectly. It’s a bit overpriced for the holiday, but relatively affordable. The communication is superb.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in der Wohnung. Die Lage war sehr gut, es war ruhig und man ist trotzdem schnell in NYC. Das Bett und die Schlafcouch waren sehr bequem zum schlafen und die Wohnung war sauber. Bei Rückfragen waren die Gastgeber schnell erreichbar. Wir würden wieder kommen.

Such a beautiful space! Perfect for a little friends getaway. The location was also in favor. Beautiful neighbourhood and so walkable. My friends and i loved the airbnb and enjoyed the stay so much!

Our stay was awesome! Lots of near by restaurants, bars, etc. Peaceful neighborhoods and nice to walk around.

Comfortable place to stay that was away from the noise and crowds of places like Manhatten. Bed was comfy and the couch was also good to sleep on. Thank you for providing such a good place to relax at the end of long days exploring.

Stayed here for a trip to NYC. It was a great spot and the area it’s in is very cute. Lots of good restaurants and shops only a couple blocks away. It was easy to get into NY using Path and the station is only about a 15 minute walk away. The apartment was very spacious and the bed is huge and comfortable. Note that there are steep steps leading up to the door if accessibility is a concern. Great place!

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l’appartement qui était fidèle à l’annonce et aux photos. Très bien situé à 10 minutes en train de New York. Le quartier est sûr. Tout à proximité à pied : gare, commerces, restaurants, centre commercial… Notre séjour a été fluide grâce à l’hôte qui a toujours été disponible. Le check-in et le check-out se sont faits en toute autonomie, sans difficultés. Nous reviendrons !

We had the place for a great price since they haven’t started the place dor a long time. Though we missed an extra blanket overall it was completely worthwhile.

I loved our stay, the bed was low to the floor, which can be a hassle for tall people such as myself. However, it was extremely comfortable. Loved it. I loved how quick they were to respond and how polite they were. I would stay there again. With your significant other the spot is very cozy. I do think the bathroom, though satisfactory, should be remodeled. I would also suggest more clean linen including face towels etc. great spot.

Arrived after 4 and had no confirmation of entry codes to get into building. They had my phone so could have texted it, but instead messaged me through the VRBO system. After walking 11 blocks with a heavy suitcase I had to go up the street to get WiFi. Finally getting into the building, there are two sets of stairs to drag my gear up. Inside the place its clean but NO WiFi and after getting texts from the manager, still no WiFi. The bed is AWEFUL! Cheap foam that sinks in. No restfull sleep for 2 nights. Nice refrigerator but no water or ice. Skip this place if you value restful sleep.

We had a nice stay a couple problems. But the host communicated well and was very helpful. The neighborhood is great and a quick subway ride and you’re in nyc would recommend.

Solid place to stay! Has all the amenities and very comfortable. Two notes: parking in a garage can get expensive and there was a really great espresso machine but no pods :( but otherwise great location, super responsive host and great communication
