70s Villa: Pickleball, Heated Pool, Spa Near STRIP

Great stay, easy to get taxi/ubers. Lots of space for our group of 10. Great location for larger groups. Shawn responded quickly to any requests. Definitely recommend!

Shawn was very responsive and made sure everything was in order for the house. The house was clean with ample room for me and my family. We enjoyed our short stay at this house.

We had an amazing stay! This space is perfect for a bachelorette/ bachelor party, group of friends, or even a family! You can’t beat the amenities for the price! Location is great— you’re a short drive/ Uber from the strip, but can enjoy the peace and quiet of a local neighborhood. Grocery store is a mile away— so convenient! The house had everything you could need— towels, linens, cookware, laundry/dishwasher soap, etc. Our host was extremely responsive and friendly— easiest host I have ever communicated with via AirBNB. The pool is amazing and if you choose to heat it, you definitely will get your money’s worth! It gets HOT! We had an incredible stay and will definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for an off-strip getaway to Vegas!

Overall it was a great place to stay. The best part was how responsive the management team was. They were always available for any questions or concerns we had. My tip would be that if you plan to prepare meals you will want to make sure you bring the needed items. They had very very basic cooking items. There was only a basic small pot and a wok. No baking dishes or frying pans. Overall great location for the strip and the pool was amazing.

Great house with lots of room for family of 5. Kids loved the pool and basketball court. Location close to the strip. Host was very responsive when we needed to reach out for very minor things. No garbage bags and he immediately had some delivered! No complaints!!

My stay was absolutely amazing and everything i expected it to be! Anytime there were any issues or concerns, no matter the time, shawn was always responsive and ready to find solution to ensure our stay was going as smooth as possible. I would absolutely highly recommend staying here! I am also a vegas local this was exceptionally fun to do and the hospitality was over the top. thank you so much for your stay!

Lots of space

The house was easy to find and well situated close to many restaurants and activities. The pool heater works very well, even in the winter. The house was able to accommodate all our guests without requiring people to share beds. The eating area is a little small for the number of people who can stay in the house. Some of the outlets in the smaller bedrooms do not work. But overall a nice place to stay with a large group, and the hosts are very responsive and friendly!

This house has a great layout for many people to be able to enjoy while still having their own space and then endless games to play. Sit in the jacuzzi or play some pickleball while someone is watching the game or sleeping inside and can hear nothing. Very attentive hosts, and the house was clean. We had the best time, me and my 9 girls would love to go back.

Perfect location to stay at in Vegas! Perfect place to have a group of friends.

The pictures make the house look a lot nicer than it is but it is close to the strip which makes up for the imperfections. Our group of 8 had plenty of room but did notice the general condition of the home. Painters tape left up on the walls, all three couches were broken, the floorboards are stained/scuffed, and the floors made the bottom of our feet black. Overall cleanliness of the house was ok for us. We ran out of garbage bags and reached out to the host who promptly ordered bags for us. In general, it is a cheaper house with a great location but could be considered misconceiving to other guests.

Host was amazing. Very responsive and always willing to answer any questions we had. Great spot in the area and very close to the Vegas strip and Chinatown in Vegas that is like poppin iykyk lol. Some stuff at the house could be better as it looked kinda more towards the older side but overall my family and I enjoyed the house and there were lots of amenities to enjoy considering lots of it will be closed at the hotels on the strip. Definitely going to try other locations the hosts have in the future!

Had a great stay!

The house was spacious, but definitely feels like a "landlord special" kind of place. We had a good stay overall, but a few things just didn't work or fell apart on us with very gentle use, all of which we have reported to the hosts, so hopefully they all get fixed. We also had an issue with the getting the hot tub to work. Shawn and his team were very responsive, sending out a technician 2 different times throughout our stay to help us with it and we finally got it working on our last night, which was very pleasant, but definitely a bummer to not be able to use it for the whole weekend. I personally would not stay at this place again, it just felt rundown (ie stains on carpets, scuffs on every wall/baseboard that made it feel dirty, many wall outlets not working) and the actual amenities were limited (ie no kettle for hot water, no nightstands or dressers in the bedrooms so all of our stuff was just on the floor), but it was great for the size of our group.

If I could rate more than 5 stars, I would rate it 100/5. Shawn (the host) was vry responsive and the house is beautiful with complete amenities. Not only that, the Vegas itself was extra ordinary. And if you get tired going outside, you can chill in the pool or you can play activities. 100% would comeback and rent this house again.

The place was easy to find, and the neighborhood seemed safe. The rooms were very clean, and the decor was very interesting. I like the painting selections. I left my jacket there, but Shawn did his very best to communicate and make things right.

Shawn was very helpful and responsive during our stay, promptly answering any questions I had. The home was just as pictured and very clean upon arrival I would 100% stay again.

This place was super fun for a bigger group of friends. We loved that we had access to a pool, grill and pickle ball court instead of being at some hotel in Vegas where we would be spending a lot more money and time waiting in lines for access to such things. Also Shawn was super accommodating when we asked for a late checkout since our flight was much later in the evening. Thanks Shawn!

Sean’s place was a wonderful getaway for our family Christmas, we all enjoyed the ping pong, pickle ball amenities& jacuzzi - too cold for the pool this season- adorable decor it was perfect! Enough space and room for everyone To relax comfortably- definitely will return here again. Thanks for sharing your space with us!

We really enjoyed using the basketball / pickleball court combo. This house is in a quiet location and no more than a 15 minute drive from the airport / LV strip / or downtown!

I absolutely loved this place. We loved the pole table. Easy check in and Shawn is very responsive and doesn’t take long to respond. Will definitely recommend this place. Pictures are accurate. Definitely will come back 😊

Great proximity to the strip, very affordable place to stay for our group of 11. Pack 'n play on hand, beds/bedding were comfortable and plentiful, fun ping pong / pool table !

I had a bachelorette party that consisted of 7 girls in total. The house was so beautiful, and fit the vibes of the weekend . As soon as we checked in Shawn and his team were outstanding and we had no issues the whole weekend . When anyone would come over they would state how beautiful the house was and how there were so many things to do. The pictures are up to date. The pricing of the house is Amazing for everything we got ! My fiancé stayed at another Airbnb with different host for the same weekend and spent 2x what we spent and it wasn’t half as amazing as ours. The girls and I loved it . I would definitely be staying there again when in Vegas. Anytime I would call or text the team they were very attentive and responsive, as well as accommodating. Overall an amazing experience and I would do it all over again at this Airbnb.

It was a place that was perfect for our party. We did have some issues with unexpected high winds, they accommodated perfectly and did everything we would have expected! Absolutely ecstatic with the helpfulness and response times, even with such an unexpected event. Loved the furnishings and the Vegas flair throughout the property!

This was a great space for me and my family to stay during our trip. The pool was at a great temperature to use at any time of the day and the location was the perfect distance away from the strip. Owners were quick to respond and very hospitable.

Stayed here for our girls weekend to Vegas and have no regrets with this booking! A couple of minor issues arose that the host promptly communicated back with me on and made right. The couches and carpets had some minor stains. Pool was perfect!

This place was pretty darn close to the strip and very easy to get an Uber in, probably 10 minute Uber ride in just a couple miles. Sean and the team were great and I will definitely be renting that place again.

This place was worth staying and I had no problem throughout my stay. The amenities made the whole trip. The hosts were very communicative and provided guidance on using the amenities which made everything easy for me.

We loved our stay here! It was the perfect place for all my friends to stay while we celebrated my 21st in vegas. The pool was the only thing that made the 120° heat bearable! We got some great photos and had a wonderful time:)

We had a great stay! The host was super responsive and easy to communicate with. The pool was cloudy one morning when we woke up and they had someone over that morning to do a pool treatment and it was good as new by the evening. Great spot for girls trips and the house has such a cute aesthetic for pictures!

Excellent stay + great location! Lots of room for a big group. Basketball, pool AND pool table make for a good time when you’ve had your fill of the strip!

We stayed with a group of 8 adults and the b n b was big enough for all of us. We highly recommend this b n b if you want to be near the strip about 10-15 mins. Pool was clean and nice and they had a pool table which was a very nice touch. Would stay again!

Wirklich sehr schön und liebevoll eingerichtet und alles sehr sauber - es hat an nichts gefehlt - wenn ich etwas bemängeln müsste, dann die Aussenumgebung, da es keinen Rasen hat und alles nicht wirklich schön aussieht - allerdings holen die Pool-Area sowie der Basketball-Platz das Ganze wieder raus - innen ist das Haus echt schön und man würde von draussen nie denken, dass es so aussieht.

Other then the pool being green and having debris in it. The house was awesome. The pool wasnt their fault the previous guests messed with settings. Even though it would have been nice to use the pool, the hot tub was nice. Would stay again in future!!! Thank you for being so responsive!!!! We had a good time!!!

Mahin's home was such a wonderful surprise. Honestly, even better than the pictures. The pool / spa were amazing and can be heated upon request. The basketball court was a huge hit with my husband and his friends. Highly recommend this home. The host clearly paid a lot of attention to the details and theme of the home

Me and my family had a wonderful time staying at this beautiful home. The heated pool and spa were a huge plus for us in March. We LOVED the disco ball light and each of the room themes. My kids had a blast. We are already planning our trip back for next year. The host was exceptional as she responded to our questions so quickly during our stay.
