1 Bedrm Apt Full kitchen - 15 min to Manhattan!

Spazioso, pulito e confortevole alloggio in zona tranquilla di Hoboken a 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione Path da cui ogni 10 minuti parte un treno per Manhattan (durata 15 minuti). Letto e divano comodi. Shawn è stato un ottimo host, offrendo istruzioni e consigli utili con tempi di risposta rapidi. Consigliatissimo!

Me and my family had a wonderful stay, the apartment was spacious, we found everything we needed, it was perfect for us, we felt like we were at home. We will be definitely coming back. Shawn and the staff were very communicative at all times and provided us with all the information in order for us to have a pleasant stay.

A great apartment! The location in Hoboken is great. The bus ride to NYC is no problem. Our requests were met brilliantly. We would come again.

The stay was pleasant, and the unit was clean. However, climbing two flights of stairs with luggage and kids was challenging. The stairs were too narrow, making it difficult to get a proper footing, which felt unsafe. Additionally, the bedroom heater didn’t seem to be working. Despite these issues, the overall experience was positive. Shawn's team was highly responsive, which was appreciated.

Had a great time at this apartment, there was plenty of space and it had all the amenities we needed. It's in a really nice part of Hoboken not far from downtown, and the PATH station to NYC was a short walk away as well. Would definitely recommend!

C’était vraiment parfait !

We rented this 1-bedroom apartment for two weeks over the Thanksgiving holiday but never occupied the unit because we were concerned the debris in the common areas of the building created fire hazards and other safety concerns. The rental unit is located on the third floor of a walk-up building that has relatively steep set of stairs. The stairs did not appear to be actively cleaned or maintained (painting). On the second floor of the building, another apartment unit was under construction (per permit on door) and there was trash and other debris such as boxes, an old TV, and kids toys lining the hallway. There was also stack of miscellaneous items right outside our rental unit door, including a car-jack, a kettle bell, stack of chairs, a vacuum, and a child’s car seat. We believed these items located right outside the door created a potential trip hazard, not to mention an eye sore for what was touted as a “charming stay in the heart of Hoboken”.The day we checked in, we contacted the host to express our concerns that the hallway debris created a fire and safety hazard. While the host was responsive to our concerns, they ultimately confirmed that “the items in question belong to another tenant in the building, and this situation is outside of our control.”Our guest experience, inclusive of the unit itself and the building common areas, was not commiserate with the price we were charged. We will not consider renting this unit in the future.

Muy buen barrio y a 15 minutos de Manhattan

Apartment is as listed, has everything you need. Walkable convenience shops and restaurants nearby. The gas heaters work well—we weren’t accustomed to using gas heaters but the host and staff made sure we had what we needed to get them on.

Great stay at Shawn''s place, in a nice a quiet neighbourhood, easy access to NYC

Nice place, but the sofa "bed" isn't actually a pull out bed, just a sofa that you can sleep on top of. It says up to 4 guests, but I'm not sure how we would have fit a 4th person. I know they're not responsible for the entryway/stairs, but it was pretty dirty and sketchy-looking.

Comfortable place. The flat had everything we needed. Hoboken is a great place to stay! Convenient location to Manhattan. Thank you
